R-Mech Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing review: Employment

This company has one goal in mind, Money. And they’ll achieve it at any cost.

They will short your paychecks, lost out on Lead sets for Sales, Commissions, Bonuses, and they never paid the real Overtime Wage by calculating the Commissions they forgot or couldn’t deduct.

Building is 120+ years old, unsafe with sheet metal jutting out all over the place and dangerous man lifts that lack guards, it is toxic full of dirt and the basement grows mold with ease and gives a general feeling of I’ll health.

Went through 61 employees in 20221 alone; this a company of around 50 people.

Employees use drugs and they will not drug test to prevent having to deal with sending them to counseling.

They hire criminals and will not follow through with background checks, currently have Felons and Career Criminals employed.

Emotional abuse at every corner, you want a good place to work; they’ll tear you down until you accept they are Gods.
