All-West Glass review: House window installation

A few years back I had All West glass install a Window approx 4 x 5, tinted in my living room.
Year 2 I noticed a haze and thought it was moisture so I didn't do anything.
Year 3 I realized this was inside the sealed unit so I stopped by All West glass to have a chat for warranty because they brag its all that. Well don't believe it.
Had the pleasure of talking with David or Craig who let me know I was a week away from my 3 year warranty. THREE YEARS, go to a different glass company.
Anyway he stated they had a lot of trouble with the manufacturing company and they will not do anything so All West was not going to do anything.
So I call the Big Manager I believe his name is Phil. With lots of promises of having his west Edmonton store manager come and look at my glass.
After many emails and phone calls he shows up with a big heavy partner as if to intimidate me.
I explained to him that I would have the other window done at the same time as warranty to at least offset the costs associated.
Well weeks Later I received a quote to do both glass installs for nearly 2000.00 dollars ?
The original glass and install was 743.82 tax included.
So no warranty or helping a good customer out that was literally 1 week away from the warranty date. I honestly believe they would have said No anyway because they are not very professional.
So anyway Thanks for Nothing All West Glass, NEVER AGAIN OR ANYONE I KNOW. And even more people and I was in a related business and trust me I get asked all the time :)
