I have sent twice information verifying I was not in Los Angeles or California the week Hertz is charging me $290.28. Then I get a message that the claim will not be overturned from you Credit Claim Department. I will call them on Monday and talk with Supervisor. I am extremely angry that this charge was not erased from my statement. I complied with the request to send my airline information and original rental agreement through Priceline.
