I rented a car from the portland maine location. It was claimed that I caused damage to the front bumper of the car. So, I called my insurance company to file the claim and get it started. Shortly thereafter I mailed $250.00 for my deductible so that my insurance would take care of the rest. I've gotten 3 harassing phone calls by an agent claiming to be from hertz saying that more money is needed to finish their repair. I've told them repeatedly that my part of this whole thing is done. The last call made me so angry I flipped out with curse words and said that finally if they didn't stop harassing me over this, I was going to call the better business bureau. If you call me again about this I will call the better business bureau!

Recommendation: NEVER USE HERTZ FOR A RENTAL
