Hertz review: Hertz Medford, Oregon didn't assign me liability insurance, I purchased

I rented a Hertz Rental Car at the Medford Airport from July 17th to 24th of 2026. I ask for Liability Insurance for the rental period of 8 days. The person at the counter (JA) assigned the wrong type of insurance. At the time of the rental July 17th, I signed the rental documents and went on my way. I assumed the paperwork was correct. Turns out, I had no Auto Liability Insurance for the eight days of Hertz Auto Rental. The counter person assigned Insurance to cover the car a LDW insurance. At the signing, I did not understand what LDW meant. Many attempts to contact Hertz has led to leaving a phone message with No return call from Hertz. Shame on you Hertz Medford. Rental Record: L88163073
