I arranged and paid for my rental car months prior to my trip. When I arrived at the airport, after waiting over an hour (and now at their mercy if I'm going to make it on time for my event), we were charged an additional $360 for "service fees." We then waited another hour to get the keys for the car. These are unscrupulous business practices, and I will be fililing a report with the Consumer Protection Agency and BBB.
