I am writing to request an urgent update to my CIBIL credit report status for the following accounts, which have already been closed as per my records but are still reflecting as “open” on my CIBIL report:

1. HDFC Credit Card

Status: Already Closed

2. HDFC Personal Loan

Account Number: 9104231

Current Balance: ₹74,525

Status: Already Closed

Attached are screenshots from your system showing both accounts as closed with zero overdue amount and nil current balance.

I kindly request verification and immediate action to update these accounts as “closed” on my CIBIL report. This will help to ensure my credit profile reflects the correct status and prevent any impact on my financial credibility.
