Delivery issues.
Bought deck materials. Already posted on that total fiasco. (see total fiasco).
Lowes sent me text message - " very XXX is your correct address for delivery. Of note the message never identified it was Lowes. I had to assume that even though I was also expecting other deliveries on the same day different vendor.
I answered yes. Ten more text, I answered yes. Then finally I said Stop. No more texts.
Got message back you will not get any more info on your delivery contact store for help.
Now, I have excess material to return. They told my contractor today or tomorrow for sure they will pick it up off my driveway. Then I get email from Lowes Corp. Not the store or people were working with. " we will pick up your materials on March 31st between 9am and 9 pm.
So my materials have been sitting in driveway for four days now it will be four more before they come and get it.
I will never deal with them again. Ever.
PS my stringers were rotted, Lowes only had six footers, we did Menards for that instead of placing an order.
Recommendation: don't just dont
