We went through Lowe’s to have a vinyl fence installed and they sub work out to Ergeon Fence in Philadelphia Pa. We had a video call set up with Ergeon, they never called. 40 mins later we got a email saying they cancelled the call.
We tried to call them back a few days later and the lady who answered said nobody was available to take a call. A week later Ergeon called saying sorry and set up another video call which went ok. We paid Lowe’s half of the money and Ergeon said someone would come to take measurements. We then received an email from Lowe’s with a different time so we tried to call Ergeon to confirm the time, nobody called back. We text them at a number they told us we could use for questions, several times in two weeks with no response. A guy then text and said he would contact us in about an hour, he never did. Days later we contacted Lowe’s who contacted Ergeon and the next day they contacted us. The guy was rude saying well I was dealing with other customers. We told him that all we ask for was a confirmation time since we received conflicting times and someone could have taken 10 seconds to send a text. The guy came for measurements, he was from a different co that Ergeon hired, called Innovation Fence also from Philadelphia. Fence was installed May 16th 2026 by Innovation and another co he hired. We had to pay an additional $350 to take some dirt away but everything seemed ok until we had a little wind and one panel of the fence blew down and several post caps blew off. We called Innovation who came back and fixed it. He cut the rail too short and didn’t notch the rail. Several days later two more caps blew off. Then again three caps. We tried to contact Innovation and Ergeon and then through something called business solutions through Lowe’s. It was a few days with no response so we bought several caps online and used silicone inside them to hold them on ourselves, after running around like [censored]s to neighbors asking if our brand new fence caps were in their yards. My neighbors are even asking where we went to get the fence so they make sure to avoid them. All this after paying $15,000+ for a fence from Lowe’s, a co I was sure I could trust.
