If you’re a contractor, I would not use this store. I ordered materials to reroof a house, and everything was in stock. I scheduled a delivery date and lined up a crew to replace the roof a couple of days after the delivery.
The night before delivery, I got a call saying their delivery truck was broken down and it would be delivered the following week. I rescheduled the crew. The afternoon before that new delivery, I received a text saying it was pushed out almost two more weeks.
At that point, I called to pick up the materials myself and was told I could, but they couldn’t remove the delivery charge. I am absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of customer service and the inability to make the situation right. It shouldn’t take over three weeks to receive an order that was in stock.
