We were sent a 2011 Street Machine Calendar several months ago and we did not order the calendar so we will not pay for it. We keep getting bills for this and threating to turn this over to a collection agency. We called and got a return label to return the calendar and we did return it but keep getting bills and threating to turn over to a collection agency. WHY? If you did not receive the calendar that is not our fault-we returned it several months ago! We are not going to pay for the calendar because we did not order it. Will you please quit sending us things-stuff that we do not order.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
