We purchased this package for 14 days in their usual promotional scam and were convinced that if we let them know 15 days before for a local UAE trip then they can arrange a hotel stay or tickets for us. But when I asked them for a booking they said that they are all full and can not arrange a booking for Ferrari world for next three months. What kind of fraudulent scheme is this? This was our first request and they are not able to provide us any itinerary saying that they have zero availability. If we had to look for availability then we simply would have gone for self booking and not become a member of this package.
Although they do take care of complaints and don't want their brand maligned.
I was provided timely response this time for my bookings and an upgraded room is being provided for the holiday booking. The regional reservations head handled the issue personally.
Simple cheater...don't believe on them...I buy package from them at aed 8000 for 30 days. But now their all mobile numbers are switched off. no reply on emails...simply fraud. ...simply scam...they attract clients by offering them gold coins. ...etc. ...friends please don't go to any of their meetings or seminars...
Yes they are fooling customers .
Saying and providing with free voucher and we need to pay AED 390 to get the voucher .
If we are paying 390 we can book it our self without paying them with very poor service .

Thanks for your update, for international location you are paying 390 for 4 night that means per night is 99 Aed and in that you are getting 4 star hotel with Breakfast.
Please let us know where you get so we will do for our guest from there.
This is the way people using wrong way of social media by giving wrong information, I free gift voucher we are not giving additional service so you posting on social. So it's really good other people also get to know about this.
