I bought the holiday package for 9000 AED from Gulf Royal travels at Marriott hotel Abu Dhabi. I have used their service one or 2 times. After that when I tried to reach them for new bookings there is no response. I went to their office several times in Abu Dhabi and found closed and their phone numbers were not working.

The sales head Mohamed and the customer care lady Ekta Sidhu gave lots of promise and assurance and convinced me to buy the Package. Both seems to be fraud.

Please I need a help to get my money back.

Last November 2019, somebody called me for an exciting tour package in Marriot Hotel Abu Dhabi. They have really an amazing and promising tour offer packages. I got interested, I purchased a package worth 5000 AED. I was not able to use any of this since 2019 because of pandemic. They were responsive that time around October 2020. I understand that the business shut down for how many months due to pandemic.

Now, I tried contacting them thru email and phone numbers, no response in emails, Contact numbers were switched off.

I hope they will answer us regarding this scam. It's like the 5000 just flew in the air.

I bought the holiday package (35 nights for 9000 AED) from Gulf Royal travels at Marriott hotel Abudhabi on 21st Dec 2018.I have used their service once during May 2019 to book the hotel at Kuwait for 3 days. They have booked the same with additional charges of 399 AED. After that when I tried to reach them for new bookings there is no response. I went to their office several times in Abudhabi and found closed and their phone numbers were not working.

Program was conducted at Marriott hotel in Abu dhabi , next to Al Wahda mall. We took a holiday package , date of issue 17/01/2020 , 60 days package for AED 16, 000/- We did the payment with Citi bank and was told that the interest would be paid back , AED 2322/-, once the full payment is done. Some gift offers were also promised. Have been trying to reach them since then. Initially there was some replies promising that the interest amount will be returned in some installments, was delayed due to corona. But now since one year there is no response to calls or mails. It's hard earned money that we had deposited hoping to enjoy some time, unfortunately we have lost our money. Kindly request to repay us the full amount as we are not interested to go ahead with your company any more, we have lost all trust.

I took the package of 210 days by paying 21,000/-AED. They promised 4 star and 5 star hotel stays.

I am trying to reach them by e.mail no response.

All contact numbers are not working.

The office in Millennium tower Abu Dhabi is closed.

They have cheated people like me of my hard earned money.

I want refund of the amount paid.

We took Holiday Package in the year 2020 (February) from Gulf Royal travels, thereafter due to Covid and restrictions could not avail the services till Mid - 2021.

Now when we are contacting from December 2021 to February 2022 there is no response from Gulf Royal and came to know that the company license seized and ran from the place. Their office is closed.

I am been cheated by this travels by there sweet talks .They lured the customer with their false promises.I have paid 25000 dirhams .They have promised verbally and with written document about annual holidays of 30 days /year that we could have.I have paid the amount in 2019 ,and its been covid pandemic.I havent utilized the offer.Now when I wish to travel, they are not picking up the phone.

Gulf royal Travels and tourism team approached us for holiday tour membership package. Upon their information we went to their office in al barsha. paid Amount 8000AED for 30 days tour package membership.then after we are trying to reach them through mob +[protected] & +[protected] numbers are not working.

They have taken money from innocent people and ran away... They promise and nobody deliver...

Guys beware.. They are big time frauds, thugs.

No one pics the call as their client abuses them. They have a standard mail of refusing any booking.

I dont know where all I can submit my complaint and at which platform should I raise my voice so others get to know about them and stay away from their trap.

I got to know that they are trapping customers in india and other continents

In Aug 2018, we paid 17000 dhs it was our hard-earned money, that company promised us to refund the whole money due to our treatment we can proceed for travelling. Mr. Mohammed who worked he gave us tons of promise but finaly he escaped to Qatar and he asked Darshan to take our request and refund the money but past one year that guy also vanished .

I made a membership of AED 10, 000/- on 15/11/2019.

After that no response in year 2020.

Completely cheated and no evidence to contact.

Im Sidath Fernando and im bearing Member ship ID GRTT/AIN/317 with GulfRoyal travel and tourism LLC since 15 Feb 2020. I have fully paid AED 16000 to get the service from above mentioned team. But they are not responding to all kind of communication methods that they publish in their official web site. Im trying to contact them to get their service but no contact at all by phone or the emails. I cant trust this bussiness group and Im requesting to make a full refund.

I have brought holiday package with gulf royal in 2019. Since then I cannot use services due to pandemic. Now when we contacted them there is no response from them. Need to cancel and reimburse the cost.
Recently their office is closed.
But only they are replying by mail. But no confirmation for requested booking. Looks company want to show their presence for some reason.

they have fixed the meeting at Danat Resort Al Ain UAE
I have paid 9000 AED to them.
But when I came calling to them, they are not responding.

I bought a holiday packafe with gulf Royal travel in 2019. Now when i am calling their landline i cannot get a hold of the company. They have disconnected their landline and not replying to any emails. I would like a refund on my package as I paid 15000 dirhams and only used 8 out of 70 days i psid for. I read reviews that they have scammed many people.

They cheated my money also

I was invited along with my family to Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi by M/s. Gulf Royal Travels & Tourism LLC on October 24th, 2019 for briefing about their holiday packages. We were interested in their packages and bought a package for 60 days which was worth AED 16, 000/-. I tried to reach them on the contact number which they had posted in the website last July 18th, 2021, but all the numbers were disconnected. I send them mails enquiring about a holiday tour and received response stating that they will get back to me. Until now no one has responded and I am sure that M/s. Gulf Royal Travels & Tourism LLC is a scam company and I lost my money.

2) Holiday booking request will be taken 10-15 days' advance for local & 30- 45 days' advance for international.

3) Your Membership card will be ready in the next 10 working days.

4) 99 AED per Night Per room need to pay while booking.

6) In a year maximum you can use 14 days in a year from the package of 60 Days holidays.

7) 6N / 7D International holidays given as complimentary.

Gulf royal travel and tourism is fraud. They just have an office with useless staff.

The company is luring innocent people, takes money with huge promise that they will provide staycations across the world but it's all in air.

When it some to reality we have to beg literary for our own rights...infact I have utilized their services 2-3 times but it's like we literary have to follow up with crazy staff for a month or so and then also the service is just pathetic.

No one in this takes responsibility.

They are fraudsters.

My humble request to you all to not to get into their trap.

They just open offices in various cities, collect money and disappear. They will keep the offices but will be useless as you won't be able to enjoy your own rights.

It seems the company does not exist anymore, Their office in Abu Dhabi is closed. Mobile numbers provided are not working. Nobody responds to the email.
