Dear Gulf Air Team,

I had recently travelled along with my family of 5 to JED from MAA on 22dec MAA-BAH GF 0053 /to connect to JED on GF 0181/23 DEC.

On arrival in BAH we were rerouted to DMM and to connect to JED.

I do not have a reason for the above reroute.

Your rep at BAH airport had reissued us the new boarding pass.

When I arrived at DMM my baggage had not come in and I made a complaint with Swiss port/DMM.

Rep of Swiss port had checked and advised us that the baggage is left behind at BAH airport. I told him we are supposed to go to MADINA from JED.

He said he shall initiate a message to BAH to send the baggage to JED.

When we arrived JED no bags had come. Again I had to make a complaint to Swiss port to find out the lost baggage.

I have attached the PIR and the tkt which was reissued for your quick reference.

We had no clothes to wear had we were at Madina as all the 3 Suitcases had our clothes. We spent close to SAR 400 to buy one set of clothes for all 5 people.

We had asked the Swiss port person to deliver the baggage at our hotel in MADINA which was turned down and instead asked for an alternate

Address in JED.

Amount of tension and agony we had to go thru without clothes I hope you understand.

Getting the luggage from JED to MAKKAH was an another task as the transportation cost was close to SAR 175/-.

Kindly advise how you will compensate to the loss and trauma which we had to go through.
