Complaint for not issuance of Boarding Card of HYWHTP of M/s Airblue flight PA 270
Dear Madam/Sir,
Today our one passenger out of four has been refused to issue a Boarding Card against a confirmed issued ticket having PNR-HYWHTP if M/s Airblue flight PA 270 (Ticket attached) without any valid reason and advised to reschedule the ticket.
Whereas other three family members have been allowed to travel. This sort of embarrassment is never acceptable at any cost. This type of service and negligence put a question mark on your services.
Please look into this matter and compensate the passenger accordingly.
Your earlier and quick response on this matter will be highly appreciated.

I was denied boarding at check in counter despite having proper ticket and proper travel documents. Due to which my mother suffered bcz she was traveling with me and had to stop traveling bcz i was not allowed to board. My father also suffered bcz he kept on calling to different people to try to find way but unfortunately air staff was completely non cooperative at check-in counter. My father is filled complain over email to airblue and i hope we shall me compensated with our full losses and i further hope proper action will be taken against your concerned staff.
Me and my mother and other people around felt like we were deliberately stopped by your staff at check in counter by denying issuance of boarding passes
Desired outcome: Full refund of ticket full ticketAnd strict action must be taken against concerned staff who were at duty so that in future other passengers are not harassed.

Good Afternoon!
I would like nring this thing in your attention that on 05-04-2023 I flew from Dubai to Karachi on your flight... And ticket number refrence no (HOEYIM). I had a good flight experience but it turned into a nightmare as soon as I landed in Karachi Airport when I came to know that my bag was torn from down and I lost below mentioned things.
As I could see and believe it was the mismanagement and bad treatment to my luggage that it got torn and I lost all my stuff so I would like to get full compensated for my loss.
List of things mentioned

3. Three perfumes
4. Five boxes of chocolate
5. A luggage bag

Misbehave of cabin crew
Cabin crew of airblue is extremely non professional and untrained to handle passengers. Extremely rude and non cooperative. On top of it, if u raise a complain against them, no action is ever taken

Long delay from 3.30 pm flight till 9 am
I booked my ticket from on 29th Mar 2022 SHJ to Pesh due to emergency at home. The flight was supposed to depart at 03.30 pm and due to technical issues the flight got delayed and no alternative was provided as the flight delayed till 9 am next day.
I read in their policy regarding the delay and fully refund policy but the representative denied and told its not possible to refund the full ticket and all the passengers spent the whole night at the airport chairs.
I strongly recommend not to travel through this unethical disgusting airline.
Flights delayed many times
I had a flight from Airblue n flight PA612 on 18 March 2022 from peshwar to shariah,they delayed the flight to from 10pm to 2am the next day due to weather condition then delayed to 3 then to 4 and then to 4:30.and as I see there are other flights departed on their time although weather issue should be same to other flights also then.i need answer to this plx

Team, Please be informed you that I booked flights and quarantine package with airblue airline for my family and they reached in jedda International Airport midnight 06-03-2022 When they immigration process completed they come outside they didn't found quarantine team due to government policy changed regarding quarantine they waited more then 3 hours after that I picked up by my self from Airport I requested to airblue quarantine team Please check with hotel team to refund my quarantine amount because my family suffered and didn't get services from the quarantine team there was package for my family for quarantine for 5 days + PCR test Plus transportation services there 2 passport I paid amount 1580 SAR but now they're making excuses searching new new excuses actually they didn't give services and they don't want refund my quarantine package amount which is against Saudi government low (article/617854), dear team kindly check my concern and force to airblue quarantine team to refund my amount 1580 SAR because they're ignoring my request as per Saudi government low all airline should refund quarantine package amount who landed after 5 march this flight laded 06-03-2022 and quarantine package is star from 06-03-2022 it mean airline should refund quarantine package amount all airline should follow the article/617854 because airblue is under CAA and GACA so kindly force the airblue airline let airblue airline force to the hotel for refund my quarantine amount Please check attached for proofs.

Regarding wheel chair assistance for disabled people
I booked my Ticket for my mother from ISB to Dubai for 12 February 2022 and return on 18 Feb ref RHMHAO
She needs wheelchair assistance as before booking ticket we asked them they said first book the ticket than we will add in wheelchair for her. But it's not happened we have been to air blue office as they mentioned at least 48 prior to flight let us know, also it frees you can get from airport as well but we're trying to contact more than a week and on emails they keep saying call our customer service
So we found out they all doing this ripping off money from us, they said we have to pay for wheelchair assistance otherwise she cannot not travel and we have to pay for each way its not just one payment.
They're providing wrong information to customers so customers booked the ticket than we tell them we can rip them more.
Every air line giving you options add wheelchair while you book but they not they told you book it than we will add in but the story is they want more money so customer already booked if they cancel as well we will earn money

Discrimination
Would like to report that Airblue officer Mr. Faisal stopped me from my booked flight on 27th evening which was for Islamabad because my PCR report was valid for 52hrs but in same flight he allowed another person who had same PCR report (52hrs) and he finished his boarding at the end and then he closed the counter. Then I did urgent PCR and take next flight after few hours. Please investigate this issue.
Desired outcome: Please investigate this issue and give fine to the person or airline. I face really very difficulty because of that officer's behavior.

I am regular traveller and this was last time i am travelling using Airblue.
they cancel my flight without any reason and making excuses about policy of company. they book return ticket but while returning they cancel flight and ask passengers to refund and book next flight with fare difference almost 500%. `
Airblue is only headache, their services are pathetic, their team is pathetic. Now it become Third grade air line
