I was left at a stop in the middle of Nevada at battle mountain, customer service was absolutely rude and no help at all, everything I had was on the bus including my phone, this was past midnight when it occurred. Ended up costing me hundreds more that was borrowed from family for hotels food etc. thanks to the awesome people of battle mountain and family I made it home. No thanks at all to greyhound. Worst service I have ever seen!

Recommendation: Do not take greyhound!!
