On August 2 2025 at 5:10 pm my bus was to arrive at the Dan Ryan in Chicago ok it came a few minutes late which was ok with me. We arrived at 11:07 pm in St. Louis bus station with a 2 hour overlay so I thought. I asked the ticket lady regarding that bus she said they just don't know where that bus is and I would have to wait for the 9:00 am bus. On waiting for the 9:00 am bus they cancelled that bus and said to wait for the 4:00 pm bus. I need explanation as to why I had to wait sooo long?
Desired outcome: Refund for the entire trip. Also better customer service representatives. In spite all that 17-hour delay. Your Rep was very rude and nasty with no compassion for the travelers that's been there the whole night.
