I am filing a formal complaint regarding a missed bus service on December 31, 2025, for a trip from Palm Coast, Florida, to Miami, Florida.
The bus never arrived as scheduled. I made multiple attempts to obtain assistance and spent approximately 53 minutes on a single call trying to determine the status of the bus. Unfortunately, customer service representatives were unable to provide clear information and appeared unaware of the bus’s location or what had occurred.
This experience caused significant inconvenience and distress and also raised serious concerns about passenger safety, as there was no accountability or clear communication regarding the bus’s status.
In addition, I have repeatedly requested a refund for a service that was never provided, but my request has been denied. I also experienced difficulty reaching appropriate customer support, as I was informed that available representatives were limited to ticket-related assistance only.
I am requesting a full refund and a formal review of this incident, as well as an explanation of how such service failures are handled to ensure passenger safety and reliability in the future.
