Date of problem 4/10/26. Because of a $12.99 coupon offer, I reserved a time for a haircut at my local Great Clips salon in Prairie Lakes, Sun Prairie, WI. They didn't honor the offer and charged me $21.00 plus tax for a terrible haircut in the bargain. I'd like to please request either an $8.00 refund (the difference) or a coupon for a free haircut.
Claimed loss: Could I please ask for an $8.00 rebate (the difference between the coupon rate and the full price I was charged) or a coupon for a free haircut the next time I go in?
Desired outcome: I'd like to have an $8.00 rebate or a coupon for a free haircut the next time I need one (which will be shortly because the haircut I got was bad).

I think Great Clips coupon offers should be able to be honored right at the salon as soon as they're offered without having to go through a lot of online navigation.
