This is my first follow up on a complaint against a location of Great Clips that I called on the phone and Salisbury at the Food Lion shopping center or some people call it the low shopping center off of Faith Road in Salisbury the woman told me that if I was in by 7:00 and she would cut my hair and I walked in at 5 minutes after 7:00 and they had four women there and they refuse to cut my hair for any reason whatsoever and she told me on the phone she'll take care of me and they wouldn't give me 5 minutes and I'm disabled and I have my family you know as died and I have been sick with cancer and diabetes this is the second time this happened to me with them and their location they didn't honor the the time frame on the door from last year and I found another lady that was kind enough to do my hair from another company , but it cost me more money than I had I just wanted to follow this reasonable complaint against this location it is off of Faith Road in Salisbury is beside of directly beside of the smoke shop of some kind of those vaping machines and Food Lion it's like the third one over is Food Lion I hope this is helpful I know these dick the phones don't work very well and I I just about have I don't know I'm just about decided to try and find another company or solution and maybe I should try and organize boycotts or some of these things and people and places I just seems like it's something that will be up my alley and I've got nothing but time to wait in between Cancers and things like that so so I've given you my rundown and I know that doesn't really matter with a lot of cold-hearted people today they only care about the money and these women are lazy and good for nothing the one woman there one I didn't take her name now if you want to talk with me that was four of them she said we have family to get home to two and I said honey I miss the women that you sex take care of me that were there until I said well I've been here for 8 years and nobody ever been here for until 9:00 I said oh yes you were but she just wanted to argue with me at any rate it's right there at the it's right there in the parking lot where the Tinseltown USA movie theater is located thank you for your time service man I appreciate it I'll try and pass this on
Desired outcome: I would like 2 free haircuts and hair Washings at my convenience,at a time that I desire roger.[protected]@ymail.com
Great Clips - poor & rude service
I went to this great clips for help with a tangle(my hair is waist length), and was told the only way to get it out was to "shave my head". I was also told "you have lice caked on your scalp". Never will I visit this franchise again, as this is the only place I have had my hair trimmed for over 5 years, then to be told all of this, and not quietly either! These people are some of the rudest and most insensitive you could ever meet. My hair is still waist length and NO LICE(all it needed was J&J No More Tangles spray)! Had my scalp checked(just to be sure), and only dry scalp.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
you went to ask for help on a tangle you had in your hair? i would of given you a brush and said knowck yourself out!
I had a similar experience at aGreat Clips in Missouri. I, too, have dry scalp. When the woman began washing my hair, she made several comments about how bad it looked (example: "this looks really bad, honey."), LOUDLY I might add She began talking about "clarifing" shampoo, and then about the customer next to me, and about how nice and shiny her hair was. (Weird.) Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, she called another stylist over to look at my scalp saying LOUDLY: "Is this lice?"The other stylist said "No" after about 1 second of looking at it. By this time, I was mortified. My husband was getting a haircut nearby, and although he too thought the woman was an idiot, it still was embarrassing to have him hear that. I would have left right then, but my hair was wet (it was wintertime) and she had already began cutting. (At least the cut was OK, but I don't think it was worth being humilated in public.
The one almost funny thing about the experience was that at the end the woman seemed surprised that I did not give her a tip.
