I went on line to get an appointment. It said 1 minute wait, I drove right over (I was only 3 minutes away). I went in, a stylist came in, one left and I was the only person waiting. A customer came in and she took them immediately while I was sitting there. Another customer came in and the stylist said "I can take you, Dan isn't here." I said "Yes, I am here. I have been here for over 20 minutes when I was told there was a 1 minute wait." She took me but I wasted 20 minutes when they didn't have their act together.

Claimed loss: 20 minutes of my busy time.

Desired outcome: Train you personnel.
