Unprofessional and poor customer service. Stay away.

Manager Shantel is rude and pushy, like she is hustling at the street market - not at the supposedly upscale salon off the 5th Avenue.
I've visited Eye Design Studio a month ago for Ombré Eyebrows.
Location itself is renovated and nice, no complaints here. Technician Aini K asked me many questions, drew my eyebrows - it was fine. Within a month after the procedure my eyebrows faded completely, it doesn't look like it was any procedure performed AT ALL.
Procedure costs $490, touch up is $200.
2 days before my confirmed appointment for touch up on Thu I got a call from Shantel stating that same technician (Aini K) won't be available for my appointment, and her closest availability is going to be 2 weeks from now, which is impossible date for me. When I said no - she offers me another technician for Thu, but at completely different time of the day than my initial appointment we're - still in a very pushy nasty manner.
Since I'm put off by this behavior and also extremely unhappy with the results of my first procedure (there is 0 results to be seen) I've decided to cancel the touch up and just go elsewhere.
Obviously there is no refunds, which is understandable.
I've got over excited - just as many other people who follow them on Instagram @eye_design_ny - images of the work they post there are stunning.
But, before you book - think twice and it might be a good idea to go elsewhere. Worst customer service and questionable quality of services.
A disappointment.

Worst service in the world! Except the front desk workers. Other than that worst service ever. The tech I had was the worst. She was so rough and even though I told her she was hurting me, she sucked her teeth and kept going! Through out the time I was there different techs were going inside my room and they were speaking in russian which I find super disrespectful due to the fact that some people dont speak russian, and you dont know if they are talking about you or not. When I saw myself in the mirror in the bathroom which btw was disgusting; I wanted to cry, she did such a horrible job! I do not ever recommend this place to anyone! And I will make sure to let everyone I know not to come to this establishment! And specially friends that already go there along with my followers from my blog! Big mistake eye design! You people are trash and your work is trash!
