Stupid service by grab all the customers I advice don't use this stupid service please switch to m.u.l.a or MyCar, this grab company was about discrimination to drivers and make drivers like rubbish with their stupid apps when in klia and all the drivers facing unfair situation in klia... pls all use the other services providers, thanks

    Saya cuba dapatkan khidmat grab untuk ke klinik kesihatan bandar bontanik klang dari bandar parkland. Tapi saya diminta untuk pose selfie dan saya tidak tahu macamana untuk pose selfie. Kenapa susahkan wargatua untuk ini. Kerana ini saya lambat ke temujanji saya untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan hailing car yang lain. Tolong bertimbang rasa.

    Dah banyak kali berlaku... Points saya dipotong tetapi reward xdpt.. Cthnya saya redeem 600 points utk diskaun rm5.. Points dipotong tapi diskaun tiada...harga grab semakin mahal

    3 of your driver cancel my rider. I waited for 30min and time wasted. Your driver service is getting worse and worse

    I waited several months for getting PSV and Grab customer service told me that I have to go to private driving institute to get PSV then today I went to the centre and told me that I haven't cancel the Grab as well as JPJ so I gotta wait again. The point is I requested numerous times and is ready to take PSV. How am I gonna apply for PSV

    Your driver is not willing to take passengers with luggage to airport, and say if u have luggage please booking a bigger car that he has toyota wish is not big enough to carry a luggage. If this driver not willing to take passengers with luggage please ask him to stop as a grab driver

    I would like to complaint this driver today 12/10/2019 around 2.10pm .The driver of the vehicles was driving recklessly and keep horning even the traffic light is red which very rude.And driving very recklessly as he is driving very fast car number plate WB1233B white Nissan Teana.

    I booked a grab car from my phone which displayed RM34 but after the trip total charged was RM61? The toll was also paid by me. I used this route from my house to the airport which usually does not exceed RM40, why am I being over charged for this trip?

    On the road cutting my road without signal and driving so fast all the way I seeing him in front me...
    I saw his number plate is VCH4399 blue perodua bezza and clearly see his car with ehailing sticker...

    Hope you take seriously on the road safety...

    Saya cuba panggil grab untuk pergi ke klinik kesihatan bandar botanik, klang. Tapi saya diminta pose selfie sebelum booking. Kenapa susahkan pengguna wargatua untuk ini. Saya tidak tahu pose selfie dan saya ada temujanji diklinik. Sebab pose selfie saya lambat keeana terpaksa guna kemudahan lain. Tolong bertimvabg rasa.

    Hari ini i ada order grab.. Tapi lebih 1 jam i tunggu kat tempat yg sama, 3 grab sudah cancel sendiri.. I don't know why? Kenapa masa sekarang susah nak dpat grab.?no drivers? Sebab setiap hari i guna naik grab.. Kalau 1 hari tak dapat mcm ni n waste time kita, i don't know want to find which apps..

    super late and not proffesional in managing a report, never investigate and just banned & suspending driver after see customer report, very lazy customer service and useless

    Grabpay payment for high fares always get declined, what to do when passengers hav no enough cash and is in a rush.

    Saya nak buat adua berkenaan food grab... Kebanyakkan mengambil makanan... Tolong pastikan rider food grab patuhi peraturan jika masuk ambil atau hantar makanan di kawasan perumahan yang ada security... Bukannya berhenti di luar dan masuk kedalam berjalan kaki

    The driver so easily asking for cancel just because saying the signal is lost. Im waiting for 20 minis then the driver just easily saying signal lost.
    Please update the service with good quality driver please.

    To whom may incharge,

    Just want to complain your rate from Kampung Unta, Lahad Datu Sabah ride to main city which is cost for RM10. It's too expensive while the distance is not so far. Yesterday also, I want to ride back home from Sabah Chicken Rice Lahad Datu and it cost RM20. Too much.

    Please take an action for this cause. Thank You.

    The driver didn't want to pick us up and just said sorry don't know where and asked me to cancle and when I asked him to cancle he just keep asking me to cancle the ride!!

    Yesterday Sunday 5th Jan 2020, I had 2 rides to & from my house to aeon shah alam and both rides I was not given the superheroes promo price.

    So both rides I paid in full instead as usually a superheroes promo price of less rm3 per ride.

    Please do the needful and refund the amount back to my account.

    Previously, I'm using grab from lrt ara damansara to citta mall is around RM 5-6 but now it is around RM 8-9 and the maximum that i have seen is around RM 15. For me, the price is unreasonable. I understand that we have choice to choose which e-hailling provide the cheapest rate but I also hope that grab can provide rate that is reasonable.
