Grabcar Malaysia account restricted for 22 hrs

Good morning. I would like to lodge a complaint against the inconvenience GRAB brought to me very recently. For your information, I'm a platinum member of GRAB, the transportation Apps and it really did ease my life ( as I'm a college student and I haven't get my license yet ) so most of my daily routine depend on GRAB. However recently I found that GRAB just restricted my account from calling cars just because I cancelled too many times. Firstly, you must clearly comprehend that I didn't purposely or simply cancelled my booking, most of the reason is due to the driver remaining at the same place and didn't move at all even after 10 minutes. So, do you expect I waste my time just to WAIT for the non-moving driver? If I'm not in hurry, then it's not a big deal to wait. But most of the time, I'm rushing to school, to appointment, to my friends and family. Don't you think that this system is too unfair for our passengers? During the moment you guys creating this Apps, do you every think about the inconvenience which may arise towards us? I hope you notice my two-cents-worth and mind to make some better changes. And FYI, I didn't afford to get on my Law Class at 10am sharp ( because of the restriction ) . I hope I did brought your attention on this heartbreaking issues. Thanks with sincere.

Grabcar Malaysia complaint about rude grab driver

I had booked a grab on 26th July 2019. It showed your will arrive in 8 mins. So o waited, suddenly he texted me to please cancel n rebook since he far away n jammed. I said ok, requested him to cancel since the driver wanted me to cancel. I believe that's nothing wrong in asking him to do it rite? All of sudden he is saying that I'm not kind enough n don't understand driver's situation. The word he used not kind is already triggered me, how dare a driver use such a word to a customer. That's not rite? Is this a way Grab Management filter a driver? I really wanted to attached my message communication for the grab management to take action on this type of driver., he shud b teach a lesson. I really want response from ur team ASAP.

Grabcar Malaysia disciplinary team of grab

I am a grab driver and i have strong reasons to believe that my account is suspended unprofessionally.

I have requested for my appeal under ticket number 91159427 to be investigated by a neutral party but to my disappointment it was the same officer who called me back.

All i am asking is for fairness in the investigation. The 2 cases

1. Passenger claim i was going to fast, never put signal and tail gating which i never did. When i explained, she replied "blah blah blah". When we arrived at drop off location, she threw the money on the left driver seat, slam my car door and showed me her middle finger. immediate i wrote to Grab help centre about the behavior. the reply from Grab is that someone will look into this and get back to me. NOBODY DID. One day later i got a sms warning that i drove wrecklessly. I called the grab call centre and all i get was someone will get back to me but NOBODY DID.

2. Going to a location using GPS, when turning in to a road, passenger says the road is close. i ask how to proceed then, he ask to use GPS. I was in the middle of the highway and the GPS did not respond that quick. i have to make a judgement and took a road with toll. The GPS tells me the detour is 8mins. i called GRAB to give them the feedback at 12.43am and completed the job at 12.53am.

The next day i received a call from GRAB Disciplinary team and he made a statement that i completed the detour in 3min and he inform me that my account will be suspended.

Straight away i tried to transfer the money from my Grab wallet to my account for my kids tuition but i cant. Called up the customer service and they say they cant do anything.

I cant write and get details of the job number as the account is suspended. i have to attend the class to reactivate my account in which during that time i tried to go to the GDC but its always full and i have to work. So i resorted to writing and calling to GRAB.

On 13 July 2019, i called and wrote. I specifically asked for a neutral party from the disciplinary team to investigate the 2 cases. I was promised someone will get back to me within 24/48 hours. Nobody DID. I made numerous follow up calls every 24/48 hours AND subsequently a call came on 20th July 2019. To my disappointment it was the same guy from the disciplinary team that called me on 3rd of July to suspend m account. He does not bother to understand the case and keep on saying that he followed the sop and there is no use for me to appeal. I specifically ask him...if i complete this detour in 10min instead of the estimated 8min, how am i driving wrecklessly(no answer) and he denies making the statement i completed the detour in3min(thats is why i am asking for a neutral party to reveal it)

After his call, i straight away call the expert team and give them my feedback about our conversation and requested again for someone independent to investigate. As usual the expert team promise that someone will get back to me in 24/48 hours. NOBODY DID. As usual i am making call every 24/48 hours until my voice is heard by the right party.

There maybe drivers who are rude but are all passengers angels? So how does a driver protect himself?

Grabcar Malaysia the manner of a grabcar driver

On 25th of July 2019, an official Grabcar with plate number WYU3903(white Myvi) was driving recklessly in Elite Highway at kilometers 13.8 in a heavy traffic during a morning rush hour. The driver was driving dangerously and acting like a gangster, cutting other people, slowing down the car, looking around and tail-gating very closely. i suggest grab to put black box to monitor the driver and take action as it can tarnish Grab's image as his driving is a danger to all road users.

Grabcar Malaysia driver negligence/grab service

Hi Grab,
My name is Alvin .
I would like to made a complain regarding my grab experience with booking a garb to my Office. I booked at 5.45am 25 July 2019. Driver accept my request but i wait almost 1 hour. Driver CHEW SOON POH - Preodua Bezza (Grey) - VAT1835. Did not notify that his going to be late. Been taking other roads beside coming to the pick up point. As the time goes, the distance of the driver from the pick up point goes feather and feather away. I'm not sure that he was just waiting for me to cancel. Didn't message me to notify anything in regards the lateness. After waiting for so long, Still there is no CHEW SOON POH - Preodua Bezza (Grey) - VAT1835. This is something not good for anyone. This person's action has made me late to my office. In normal days. I would not make an big issue. I do not want to be a reason for someone daily earnings to be effected. But this person's negligence has left me no choice. His doing has effected me badly. We're using Garb Service in our daily lifestyle due to many reasons. But this is something that is not a good thing for anyone. I hope grab can have a valid reason for me and I would like to take this very seriously. Thank you very much.

Grabcar Malaysia grab car service

Hi grab,
My name is Hng Chin Chong holding grab account justin chin chong with email address [protected]@gmail.com.
I would like to made a complain regarding my grab experience with booking number ios-[protected] during monday 22 july 2019. Driver accept my request but i wait almost 15 to 20 minute. Driver Teoh Yong Sin do txt me regarding jam but i notice that he was somewhere around hospital and he have another route that to other place. After waiting for so long, finally he cancel my booking and causing my lateness to office for urgent meeting. I hope grab can have a valid reason for me and I would like to take this very seriously. Thank you very much.

Grabcar Malaysia no e-receipts send for grab car services

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using Grab Car a lot for my company errands and is dependant on the e-receipts, which has not been send to my email send since late June 2019.

I am able to receive my receipts for the Grab Food orders. It puzzles me, as I have also tried to do it manually to email the receipts but was not successful.

I will urgently need the receipts for all my Grabcar from 22 June onwards to date, for my company transport claims.

Appreciate if this can be done as soon as possible.

Grabcar Malaysia service tidak memuaskan

Saya nak buat aduan pasal seorang pemandu grab yang agak kurang ajar . Walhal itu adalah salah dia . Dia memarahi anak saya yang berumur 2 tahun kerana membuka pintu dalam keadaan kereta sedang berjalan . Bukan ke semua kereta sekarang mempunyai sistem autolock ? Anak saya baru dua tahun dia masih belum tahu nak buka auto lock itu . Saya meminta pihak grab mengambil tindakkan keatas pemandu grab itu . Dia atas sebab tidak menggunakan autolock ketika membawa penumpang . Dan membahayakan penumpang . Terima kasih

Grabcar Malaysia grabpay

I am unable to use my grabpay service
Totally cannot choose the grabpay service, the app doesnt let me to choose the option
It might be due to the credit card issue before, saying that I owe money but I didn't
I have registered credit card service before but one time after using grabcar it suddenly said i owe RM1 (im not sure with the amount)
Hope this issue can be solved soon

Grabcar Malaysia rude driver

On 20 July during PSV exam registration the driver named Terence Chong Fong Mig IC Number 890926-14-6263, Car Plate Number WXS 1124. He kept saying nobody informed him that there's a dress code for him to follow and to submit a colour profile photo
25mm x 32mm. He even make a scene by throwing a fit. I hope that he be banned from being driver for every transportation apps. Please ask him to quit. Thank you.

Grabcar Malaysia driver smoking at the shop

I went to buy my milk tea at The Alley Kepong outlet, I noticed there was a group of grab foods driver (about 4-5 of them) sitting in front of the shop. I asked the staffs, why were they smoking within the shop compound? One of the staff replied, they did snap the photos and complaints to Grab office but no action has been taken till now. I took another photo and log a police report. Those grab foods are rather too much, I always see them drive reckless on the roads, do not follow the traffic rules.

Grabcar Malaysia driver did not arrive pickup point but message showing driver has arrived

Driver does not arrived the pickup point but indicate he has arrived. I waited more than 5min after indicating he has arrived. Then he cancelled my booking. Facing few times the same problem. Drivers indicated has arrived at pickup point but they still far from the pickup point. This is unfair to the customer because there will be additional charges if the driver indicated arrived pickup point after 5minutes. But the fact is the driver doesn't show up at the pickup point.

Grabcar Malaysia customer service and grab hq department

Customer service not answer our call. Many times its continues happend. Once passenger complaint immediatly take action. But if register account, sumbit to renew document, sumbit Psv document, driver claim our car is damage with passenger, refund the wallet cash and reactivate driver apps timing progress is too delay. Every time choose the pin location almost 100% percentage is wrong. Apps location still not accurate. Grab say we still upgrade apps.. How many years takes to upgrade apps? Grab malaysia 1st priority
to concern customer feedback and make money only. Everyday grab malaysia hire new drivers, no limitation. that's why they never take care drivers issue. Overall very worst e-hailing company. Grab malaysia management is very poor.

Grabcar Malaysia ur grab driver hits a motorcycle and refuses to make compensation

I was hitted by a grab car while i was driving my motorcycle.. the driver stopped and helped me a bit and admitted that it was his fault and offered to make compensations at that time.. but after that he refused to compensate me. My bike was spoilt and my right leg was injured.. the driver did not send me to the hospital instead he left me with my mother and went off.. after that he did keep in contact with me but refused to make any compensations and went with the police report silently.. he wanted to claim insurance only for his car and ingored my injuries.. he is a very selfish driver and hope that grab can help me uphold justice for my leg and motor.. the vehicle plate number is JRU 7941 and that drivers name is Aidil Asyraf bin sharolnizam And his ic number is [protected]

Hi, I would like to complain your irresponsible driver. This situation happened at today 12:30 I've called a grab and it's just near my place but unfortunately he went further and text me said his gps was not functioning, therefore I requested the driver to cancel me as he was going but he ignored my request. It's so irresponsible as a grab driver!

Grabcar Malaysia price sometime expensive

All my friend also complaint now crab expensive, even sometime nearest also charge expensive but sometime also cheap, i discuss why don't made standard price.

Last Sunday from vista bayu to Sungai Buloh hospital i see charged is Rm85 but after that changed deducted to Rm87.00 and back to vista bayu charged RM77 after that will charged up to RM83.10. This is i not satisfied simply charge.

I had to pay 7 RM to reach my office and sometime the price rises to 25 RM for the same route. Come on, how much extra do we need to pay just for the traffic. charging more than 3 times for a 5 km long ride just due to traffic is just unreasonable.
Hence I bought my own vehicle now. No more irritations.

hi,

i had tried to make.a.payment.via e wallet..However, there is not successful and i had paid it by cash.Few months later, when.i topped up and oder grab food, the ewallet deduct me for rm12.
I had made a complaint regarding this. However, there is NO any feedback or call or email from GRAB since last few weeks.

I would.like to know when.can i.get the feedback.and REFUND?tq

Grabcar Malaysia rude driver

PMT 7977 grey saga. Come and scolded me coz my place to go was too far, my friends have to find him using motorcycle while he just accepted and didn't want to pickup, I'm playing phone the he ask me to stop play phone and watch the road, and tell me is it worth for him to go there. Charged is RM16 but i have to pay RM20 for him to pickup me. why work as driver if you dont want to pickup and picky for places. You got your job just [censored]in do it. I will remember this forever, such a bad bad driver with bad attitude, and after all don't ever bother to said sorry

Grabcar Malaysia grab car driver

14/7/2019 sunday 1230 at Sri petaling area.

I witness a grab car driver (car number plate VDJ 4054 ) driving recklessly. The driver immediately turn right to hotel Sri petaling without stopping and putting any signal. The driver just make a right turn in front of my car, luckily I could stop immediately.

That's a very serious thing that you guys should look into as this could affect others life !

Grabcar Malaysia complaint - extra billed on toll charges - booking code adr-[protected]-9-010

With regards to the above subject, please assist to check, why is the Grab driver has billed extra on the toll charges? Understand that toll charges are not included in the estimated fare and all toll charges are to be borne by passengers. From the pick-up point (Kepong) to drop-off point (Mutiara Damansars), we were using LDP highway, the toll charges supposed to be RM2.10, but my account had been deducted for RM2.50.

Would appreciate Grab team to assist to vheck on this issue. The extra of RM0.40 is not a big amount, but integrity of drivers are the big concern for every consumer.
