Grab account deactivation and did not refund my credit in ewallet account

Since last week I have been writing through email, call Grab on customer service & appeal several time to Grab for deactivating my account without any valid reason.
I have to change to new phone as my phone was faulty after dropping on the floor.
Grab suspended my account when I tried to log in using new phone.
Is like one way communication where everything Grab can say to you however they will not even response when I wrote to Grab several time to reactivate my account. Grab just gave a blunt reason "violate passenger policy". When I ask about my refund from my ewallet, it went silence. I have been writing in 3 times and appeal 3 times since last week, now no response.

I am sure there are other Grab customer whom have their account deactivated and Grab just stole their credit.

My advice to all is not to load credit inside. I regretted to load credit and use Grab pay for buying food. As a student I rely on allowance from my parents now a company like grab just stole from student.

Grab did not receive e-receipt for taxi journey

I am Sashikala Suganthan. I booked a cab via Grab on the 4th of April 2019 from Singapore Centre for Chinese Language Limited, 287 Ghim Moh Road Singapore 279623 at around 5.15 PM. I paid in cash, and when I asked for a receipt, the driver said it would be sent to my email address, but I have not received it yet. I need the receipt to submit my claim to my office. Grab no show complaint

I booked a Grab ride from my home to my destination. The rider didn't reach my house, so I checked my Grab App. Its stated that Grab car has arrived. I text him where he is now but he replied front of my house but he was not there. When reach 5min he just left. He parked his car behind a mango tree at my neighbour house. This is cheating. And this not first time. I had another similar experience when I booked a short trip. I commute Grab service everyday but unfortunately some grab drivers has no integrity.

Grab grab suspended my account when I change new phone

Have called Grab Customer Service many times and all they can say is submit the appeal form. My phone was faulty and have to change to new phone . Account was suspended and response Grab from my Appeal is just said Account suspended permanently. I have credit in my account as I have been topping up for Grab food and use credit card for the rides. When ask about the reason and refund of my credit, Grab just went silent without any response. I am sure many passenger face this issue. Not only suspended my account as Gold status but Stole my available credit of RM15.

Grab kesalahan menggunakan grab car

Saya melihat pemandu grab yg menggunakan grb car berstiker no kenderaan VCE 9259 telah mengambil perempuan indonesia dan membawa ke hotel di shah alam dan chekin di sana. Pada 29 Mac 2019 jam 10.30 malam. Pemandu grab menggunakan kereta grab untuk tujuan peribadi. Dan pada jam 2 pg isteri beliau telah dtg ke hotel tersebut dan mereka telah bergaduh. Kepada yg memberi sewa grab tu. Itu ke keperibadian seorg pemandu grab. Ambik kesempatan pada penumpang. Mohon chek no pendaftaran tersebut.

Pemandu GrabCar lelaki Melayu kereta Bezza no pendaftaran VCE9259 telah membawa perempuan ke hotel di shah alam untuk chekin pada 29 Mac 2019 jam 10 mlm. Pada jam 2 pagi kantoi dengan wife dan bergaduh depan hotel tersebut. Kereta berstiker grab ni untuk ambil penumpang yg kegersangan ke? Ataw bayar pakai seks? Bahaya kalau macam ni.. Tak selamat jika penumpang perempuan yg naik grab ni, sila semak samada pemandu tu mengambil kesempatan menggunakan kereta grab tersebut.

Grab personal belonging

Hi my name is John Paul Reducto, I am currently living in Western Australia, I had a trip with your company last March 21, 2019 around 5.30 am from West Makati Hotel going to NAIA terminal 2, when I paid the fare I put my phone down and grabbed my wallet and pay the fare and take the change and went out the car with the change on my left hand and wallet on the other while the phone was still in the car

Grab payment

I am just wondering what's the meaning of this (pictures attached). Almost everyday I use Grab to go to work and use my debit card as payment method. I don't understand why there's a payment that was rejected. I just want to know why it happened. There's always notification for every transaction that pops up on my screen saying that my payment successfully went through.

I want to pay by debit card but can't press the button. I have call the customer service and customer service had done their job by asking me to uninstall the apps and reboot phone then install it back, but until know i can't proceed with the card payment. I hope this problem can be solve. Please grab take an action for your customer, thank you..

Grab food specifically cake

I usually order food in Grab but this was the first time I had a very bad complain about it. The driver recklessly deliver the cake to me. It purely damage as u see in the picture.
We're celebrating something now it turned worst because of the driver. I txted and even message the driver why he delivered it this way. Please do something about it. Thank you.

Grab alvin medina malla

It is 12mn and i was needing grab otw to work. I dont care how long it may take. But this grab driver didnt have the courtesy to atleast inform me that he wasnt picking me up. Ive been waiting in d location and he hasnt responded in any of my messages and call. Not canceling, after how many mins the driver went to the location. I dunno may just to record that he went there so that he could cancel my ride to claim i wasnt there within 5mins. This isnt d first time this has happened to me.

Grab report against grabcar byd driver

On 15th March 19 @ around 2330hrs.

We were at uber sports @ Punggol Sports Hub.

My friend, booked a grab for himself to Sengkang.
Grabcar driver name / Plate No.
AZMAN BIN ARSHAD / SLR3561R

I asked my friend whether the Grabcar driver can add another location, to send me home.
When he asked, the driver said yes. So i entered the car from the back right door, and my friend from the left.

When i told him my location was Woodlands Avenue 6, He said in malay, " oh i cannot, i have to return back the car"
Then i replied, " oh its okay laa, thank you*

So i opened the car door to exit,
As i put my right foot out, the driver drove his car forward resulting my back hill to be under his car tyre.

As i step out of the car, screaming in pain and shouted him to reverse the car.

The driver did absolutely nothing, he just froze there, remain seated at the drivers seat. i force pulled my foot out from under the tyre. My slipper was still under there.

While i was sitting.. my friend helped me to stand up. I talked to the driver angrily, why he did nothing. He just said in malay, " sorry abg, dont be angry at me lah abg" and still remained at the seat.

My friend witnessed everything and he decided to cancel the grab.

I am working at Ica, im the current breadwinner for my family. My feet is very swollen and painful, i cant walk properly and im now at ktph for consultation and will be undergoing an xray. This driver is very very irresponsible!

I am going to make a police report also regarding this. I want to make a claim for the hosp bills i have to pay. he is very careless, irresponsible driver. I hope the company would take action regarding this matter.

Grab grabcar application

I was picked up by a driver one day who asked me a lot of personal questions. I did not start the conversation as I do not usually talk to the drivers as they can be rude and obnoxious. This particular driver suggested we keep in contact and voluntarily gave me his number. When contacted, he treated me with hostility. He then sent me an SMS accusing me of calling him foul names even after he had blocked my number. He has thus filed a false report with Grab and instead of Grab giving the chance to explain my side of the matter, has banned my account. Shouldn't they reprimand their driver for giving out his personal number in the first place? This incident did not even take place during the ride. It is unfair for Grab to terminate my account over the irresponsible actions of one particular driver. If someone deliberately gives a person his number, how can the other person be held liable for misconduct as I was polite to him but got upset when he blamed me for something I did not do? Perhaps Grab should train their drivers not to get personal with their passengers. It is extremely inconsiderate and appalling. This situation has not been handled with impartiality and tact.

Grab unreasonable surcharge of fees

This happened on 9 March 2019. I made my booking at 2.40pm, found a driver at 2.41pm, all the while standing at Stephen Riley Centre in NUS. My destination was at SIT Dover. I received the notification that the driver has arrived at 2.46pm (me thinking he was waiting at Stephen Riley Centre drop-off point). The driver was Choo Kim Leong, Simon. License plate SJB780U. Booking ID: IOS-[protected]-9-001

I made my booking at Stephen Riley Centre in NUS, thinking that the Grab car can drive over to pick me up at Stephen Riley Centre. Grab app detected my location to be at the NUS bus stop which was far from my actual location. I did not notice anything wrong as I thought the grab would drive to Stephen Riley Centre. I thought that Grab app had accurately detected my exact location (the road name indicated represents drop off area of Stephen Riley Centre in NUS) and would drive to where I made the booking from. I only found out the driver was at the bus stop after he arrived as he only replied to my messages after arriving. I was unfamiliar with NUS as well and had to take time to find my way to the bus stop by using Google map. The driver said I was overcharged by $8 for booking at wrong location and arriving late. With this, I regret putting too much confidence in the Grab app with regards to the accuracy of location detection.

I went to check the terms and conditions. There's only surcharge of $5 for every 5 min late (after 5 min grace period) and no surcharge for booking from wrong location. No information found on surcharge for wrong location (Grab app detected my location wrongly to begin with). (attachment: Screenshot of Driver Waiting Time Conditions by Grab)

I feel upset that I have been overcharged and it felt like I was being taken advantage of by the grab driver as he could tell I'm new to booking rides with Grab. My ride was from NUS to SIT, a less than 10 min ride. I find it unreasonable to have been overcharged by such a huge amount, given that my location has been detected wrongly by Grab app in the first place and the driver did not inform me beforehand where he will be stopping by at. He only told me he was waiting at the bus stop after arriving, which by then was too late for me, considering the time I took to ask him if he could drive over to Stephen Riley Centre and asking for where the bus stop is.

Being my first time booking a grab ride on my own this has been an unpleasant experience for me with Grab and I would like to request for refund of the additional $8 I was charged with into my bank account for miscommunication of location by the Grab app and the unreasonable charge of $9 for a short trip from NUS to SIT. $9 may seem like a small amount to Grab and many others but it's a pricey amount for a short trip (

Grab grab driver

White Toyota Vios with conduction sticker YV 7068, I made a right turn well ahead of him and I already have a clear path to proceed, then suddenly he sprint overtaking me on my left side which is a blind side for me (FYI : while he is doing a right turn himself). He almost collided with my car. Very inconsiderate driving. Details are captured with my dashcam.

Grab grab services

Was booking for a grab. Price shown is $11. I understand if there's no grab available. So we tried for 3 times. The 4th time, the price increased by $1. Its fine as it's 1 dollar. So we try again to book. But no grab available! Then the 5th time the price spike from $12 to $15! And still no grab! We wasted our time there. It's a shopping mall and it's not a deserted place! And the $4 price spike?! Unacceptable and disappointed.

Grab driver

Driver was refusing to take me and my 14-year-old daughter insisting that we get a Grab family instead of a Grab car because of her being a kid. Insisting because taking a 14-year-old would be against Singapore law. He would not cancel and it is now five minutes before my dr appointment that will cost me $250. I am very very late. I am in tears I'm so upset.

Grab grab bike in vietnam

This driver cancelled the booking without informing me, acted like he knew how to reach the location I was heading to but actually don't, and demanded a huge payment compared to the original Grab fare (4 times more) when we stopped at roadside. When I showed him the Google Map's route, he refused to follow it, even trying to go to the opposite direction. I was forced to hold the phone on my hand while riding the scooter and actively steer him towards the destination. What should have been a half-hour ride took us over 90 minutes. This was my first Grab ride in Vietnam and it really soured the experience, even though all subsequent Grab rides in Vietnam, both on scooters and cars, have been smooth. I know petty crimes are prevalent in Vietnam, but Grab should actively remove scammers like this driver from their registration.

Grab grab ride experience

Reporting my experience tonight with grab booking.

When I booked the first time, your grab driver accepted the booking even if he's 20mins away from my place. So he cancelled when I said he shouldnt be doing that.

Same with the second booking, he accepted it on same time, 20mins, as the first. I said im in a hurry and cant wait for such a long time coz it's my son's bday. I cant cancel anymore. But when he's supposedly be in my location already, I cnt find him and kept telling me he's near already. I told him i'll just be the one to go to his location since he's near already but he said he already went around to go to my position. It took more than 10mins?
My conclusion was, maybe he wanted me to be the one to cancel and just accept other bookings nearby.
This is such a terrible experience. I have no choice but to cancel the booking.

Please do not let your partners do this to your clients.

Attached pics are screenshots of the convo with the second driver and the first driver who accepted the booking even if he still has passenger to drop off.

Grab naiwan ko phone ko da grab

Mga bandang 5am nag grab ako kasama friend ko. Yung phone na ginamit pang book is phone ko. So nung naibaba na kami nag grab sa martial Clara taytay kaninang 5:36am hindi ko namalayan yung phone ko naiwan sa grab. Tinawag namin ng tinawag yung number ko para sabihin na ibalik. Pero he hung up my calls and text din kami nag text sa number ko. iPhone 7plus po yung phone ko. Need help po na sana maibalik. 😭😭😭😭
