Taxiyatri is a website that I recently used for local sightseeing. However, my experience with them was not good at all. I also came across another website called Chiiku Cab, which seems to be associated with Taxiyatri. Both of these websites are big frauds and are only interested in making money by cheating on the customer.
When I visited the Taxiyatri website, I was asked to fill in some forms and was then asked to make a payment of Rs. 3200. I made an initial payment of Rs. 400 and was not informed about their payment return policy. After I made the payment, they called me multiple times to get the payment done. Once I made the payment, they disappeared and did not provide me with a cab. I lost my entire day and evening trying to track down the cab and ended up missing out on all my plans.
I feel silly for making the payment and wasting 8-10 hours. If I had not made the initial payment, I could have hired/booked another taxi. These guys have no humanity and do not care about their customers.
Later, I got the finance guy's number, but even he did not make the payment. It seems like a chain of frauds, and once you pay your hard-earned money, it is gone forever. I would advise everyone to stay away from Taxiyatri and Chiiku Cab as they are both big frauds.
