Ola Ola Cab Fare Inflation: My Experience with Double Charges

So, I decided to book one of them fancy cabs from Ola yesterday. I opened up the app and just like that I had me a ride on the way. But wait a minute, the fare showed Rs. 782/- when I booked it and when I finally reached my drop off location, it showed a whopping Rs. 1558/-. Now that ain't right and it caused me some trouble, I tell ya. Why they gotta charge me double like that, I ain't no millionaire. Ola, y'all need to take a look at this issue and fix it up proper for us common folk.

Ola Ola Review: A Good Option for Mumbai Commutes, but Beware of App Glitches

I had a problem tryin’ to get Ola when I landed at Mumbai airport. I ain’t from around here and I couldn’t even top up my Ola Wallet all the way from North America! Can ya’ll help me out with that? Thanks in advance! By the way, shout out to the folks who warnin’ other readers to be careful out there.

Anyway, after a bit of struggle, I finally got Ola to work for me and I gotta say, it’s a pretty decent ride-hailin’ app. The drivers are generally polite and professional. The rides are comfortable and affordable, too. I also like that I can track the driver’s location and ETA through the app.

However, sometimes there are issues with the app. I’ve had instances where the driver didn’t show up or the app failed to locate my pick-up spot accurately. I had to cancel and rebook another ride. Not a big deal, but it can be inconvenient at times.

Overall, I’d say Ola is a good option for gettin’ around Mumbai. Just make sure to have backup plans in case of any glitches with the app.

Ola Ola Review: Poor Cash Payment System, Aggravating Customer Service, and Spam Calls

Yo, so I tried out Ola and let me just say, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. One issue I had was that all the drivers only wanted cash for payment. Like, come on, it's almost 2022, who carries cash anymore? And then, to top it off, the Ola customer service team kept bugging me for payment, even though I already paid in cash. It's like they don't know how to keep track of their own payments. And let's not forget the constant spam calls and messages. Like, I get it, you want me to use Ola money, but I don't want to, leave me alone already.

Honestly, Ola is the worst cab service I've ever used. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They need to get their act together and figure out a better system for payments and customer service. Until then, I'm sticking to Uber.

Ola Unreliable and Shady: A Review of Ola Auto with Driver Vahid Mansuri

Yo, it's me, Yogesh Kadekar, and I gotta tell you about my experience with Ola cabs. So, I booked an Ola auto on the 22nd of September, 2022 and the driver assigned to me was a dude named Vahid Mansuri.

Honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. First off, the driver was hella late and didn't show up at the proper spot. Then, once we were on the road, he was yapping away on his phone nonstop. Like, bro, can't you just focus on driving?

To top it all off, after my trip was done, this driver had the nerve to hit me with some extra charges! What kind of BS is that? And when I tried reaching out to the Ola folks to complain, nobody even bothered responding. Like, really guys?

So yeah, I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend using Ola Auto. [censored] service, shady drivers, and no support when things go wrong. Save yourself the trouble and just find another way to get around town.

Ola Frustrating Experience with Ola's Refund Process: Three Overcharges and No Refunds Received

I gotta say, I've been trying to get my refund from Ola for ages now, but no luck yet. I've been talking to their customer care multiple times. I mean, I even gave them my account details and all, but still no sign of my money. It's just plain frustrating, you know?
These Ola fellas have taken extra money from me three times already. Can you believe it? Here are the deets:
Ticket Number- *** Amont-180Rs.

Ticket Number- *** Amount-81Rs.
I really hope someone takes this seriously and helps me out here. I just want my hard-earned cash back, ya know? Can't afford to be wasting it on some taxi service that can't even do a proper refund.

Ola Disappointing experience with Ola: Hidden charges and payment issues

I recently decided to use Ola again, but to my dismay, I experienced some frustrating issues. I made a payment for my ride, but was charged an extra 92 rupees for commute charges that were not reflected anywhere in the app. When I asked the driver about it, they asked me to pay again and said that the deducted amount would be returned to me. Unfortunately, I never received my money back.

To make matters worse, I was also disappointed to find that the charges for my ride were supposed to be 201 rupees, but the driver ended up charging me 216 rupees. This was not only infuriating but was totally unexpected.

After encountering these issues, I am not planning on using Ola anymore and will certainly advise others not to use it as well. It's disappointing when a supposedly reliable app like Ola ends up letting you down in the end.

Ola Ola: Stay Away, They're Robbing People with Hidden Charges

don't use their service.

So, I was trying to go from Delhi to UP and booked a car on Ola on Saturday. Everything was chill till our driver said "Nah, I won't be able to leave you where you want, let's change the plan and make it Delhi only, okay?" So we switched to Delhi drop and all good, no probs. But then when it was time to shell out the cash, we saw we had to pay for toll tax also, when the driver never even went to UP! These Ola people are so greedy, man. Even after we spoke to them, they keep sending us invoices with toll tax included. Don't be a fool like us, stay away from them. They're robbing people!

Ola Terrible Experience with Ola: Worst Cab Service in India - Stay Away!

I never really write reviews, but my experience with Ola was so bad that I just had to. In my opinion, Ola is the worst cab service in India. They messed up my drop location and we only realized it after we had already started the ride. I wanted to change the drop location, but the driver was really rude and refused to go. It was a frustrating situation, but I managed to get him to stop the ride and pay for his time. Nonetheless, Ola still charged me Rs. 96 for basically taking me nowhere.

What's more annoying is that their drivers will leave you stranded in any situation, anywhere. When it was raining, I saw some of their drivers just abandoning their customers. It's unacceptable. I tried to file a complaint with Ola's support, but the driver refused to wait for me. He couldn't care less about my issues.

Another issue I have with Ola is that they won't even allow you to rate the drivers. It makes me wonder if they even care about delivering quality service to their customers. In my experience, they don't.

My advice to you is this: stay away from these thieves if you don't want to waste your hard-earned money. Ola is simply not worth it.

Ola Ola Cab driver put my family in danger - Ola must take action now!

I recently had a really scary experience with Ola that I wanted to share with everyone. On the 30th of November 201, my family and I booked a ride with Ola and things quickly took a turn for the worse.

Firstly, the Ola driver called me and asked where we were headed and how we would be paying. I told him where we were going and that we would be paying in cash. He agreed to come pick us up. However, when the cab started its journey, I noticed that he was not taking a correct route. I even put my mobile on GPS mode and Google maps, but he kept ignoring the directions and taking us in the opposite direction.

When I asked him where he was going, he just told me to be quiet and he knows a better route. Eventually, he stopped the cab at an unidentified location and refused to let us out of the car. He even demanded that we pay him the fare before he would allow us to leave. To make things worse, my son has a severe disability and wouldn't be able to tell anyone his name or what had happened if anything went wrong.

To keep my family safe, I ended up paying the fare and then we were finally allowed to leave. We were left stranded in a deserted area near "TYAGI PETROL PUMP, Gautam Budh Nagar." Luckily, a kind stranger in an auto saw us and took us to our destination.

Since the incident, I filed a complaint with Ola but only got an apologetic phone call and an email saying that my "request" had been resolved. This is not acceptable, and I'm extremely disappointed with how callous and inhumane Ola's response has been.

If this is happening to us, then what about other vulnerable people who use Ola? It's not just about customer service anymore, it's an issue of human rights violation. I urge everyone to think twice before using Ola, as they are not taking the necessary measures to keep their passengers safe.

I want justice and retribution for what happened to my family, and I hope that Ola's management takes this seriously and deal with the matter appropriately.

Ola My Horrifying Experience with Ola Outstation: Unreliable Drivers, Poor Service & Hidden Charges

Been using Ola Cabs for my travel needs for some years now, both for outstation and local trips. While I've had some minor issues along the way, recently I experienced a couple of major ones, which are why I'm finally writing this review.

Just last March 30th, I booked an outstation ride from Delhi to Dehradun using the Ola app. My urgency for the trip was due to having a critical matter to attend to. Shortly after my booking request, a driver accepted the ride. But instead of following through with the ride as he should have done, the driver called me. He asked me to cancel the ride so he could take me to my destination offline to bypass Ola and not pay the commission required.

I was frustrated by his offer, being left with no choice but to contact Ola Cabs' support to report the matter. Yet every time I tried to report the issue via the Ola Cabs app, it kept giving me errors saying, "Sorry we are currently experiencing a technical issue. Please try again after sometime." It only added up to my mounting frustration. I then tried the "Call Us" option to speak to a customer service representative, but it took several attempts before I could finally get through to them. The representative then requested me to cancel the ride and assured me that I would not be charged cancellation fees. I rebooked my ride, and a different driver picked up the job.

At first, the trip was uneventful until I found out during the ride that the new driver was a friend of the earlier driver who cancelled my first ride. To my surprise, while we were passing the older driver's car, the new driver honked at him and they laughed. Things took a turn for the worse when the new driver began loud conversations on his phone. He also asked me to make an online payment of Rs.3000 mid-trip to cover his loan that had to be paid off that very day. However, I refused, saying that I'd pay after the trip in cash. He grew frustrated and started to drive erratically. I had to hold on tight at several points in the trip due to his reckless driving. He even got uncomfortably agitated for no clear reason. Additionally, he had his car air conditioning set too low, and he wouldn't let me open the window to cool off. It was a very uncomfortable journey.

But it doesn't stop there. At one point, the driver stopped at a CNG filling station and asked me for Rs.2000 cash so he could fill up his tank. I followed his request to keep the peace and avoid any issues. However, he continued to act out, raging at other drivers, and nearly causing some accidents. By the time we approached our final destination, he looked more agitated, and I decided to end the trip earlier than planned, fearing he might do something rash.

Upon ending the trip, he demanded Rs.900 in toll fees (compared to the normal rate I’ve always paid for similar trips), and I felt like he ripped me off. The total fare I paid was Rs.6100, which is the highest I’ve ever paid for Delhi to Dehradun rides on Ola. I’ve traveled this route before regularly, and this was highly unusual. It was as if he was taking revenge on me for his driver friend.

This whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I feel cheated and disappointed in the service. It's getting frustrating traveling with Ola's outstation drivers, as their reliability and trustworthiness are questionable at best. Their cars are sometimes dirty and in poor condition, with air conditioning that hardly works, or they don't even want to use it out to save fuel.

Ola needs to make serious changes to their outstation services and ensure such incidents don’t happen again. Until they do so, I'm afraid I'll have to swear off all travels with Ola Outstation for the foreseeable future.

Ola Ola Review: Overall Disappointing Experience with App Crashes, Late/Rude Drivers & High Prices

when you need them. The app keeps crashing and they don't seem to care about fixing it. The drivers are always late and rude, and sometimes they cancel the ride altogether without any explanation. And don't even get me started on the prices - they keep going up and up, and there is no transparency in how they calculate it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Ola to anyone, unless you want to waste your time and money.

Ola Unreliable and Greedy: My Terrible Experience with Ola

I had a terrible experience with Ola recently. I must say, these guys are not reliable at all. They charged an absurd amount for a ride that was only 3km long. Can you believe that? I was shocked to see the charges when I received the bill. It was beyond my imagination that they could be this greedy.

To add insult to injury, the driver was not a pleasant person to deal with either. He didn't listen to my concerns and just kept saying that the charges were correct. I felt cheated and helpless. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and no one should have to go through what I did.

I would never recommend Ola to anyone. They are frauds and cheaters who don't care about their customers. I feel like I wasted my hard-earned money on such terrible service and it is just not right. I hope they get their act together soon before more people fall victim to their scams.

Ola Unreliable Ola Cab Service in India: A Frustrating Experience

I used Ola cabs for a while during a trip to India and found that they were not very reliable. Majority of the drivers had little to no experience with GPS and did not know how to properly navigate through the Ola system. It was common for cabs to either arrive late or not report at all, making it a frustrating experience. I had to catch a few flights and trains during my trip, and I found that relying on Ola to get me there on time was not a good idea. Overall, I would not recommend using Ola if you need to rely on a timely and dependable mode of transportation.

Ola Disappointing Experience with Ola: Overcharged by Driver

So, I am here today to share my experience with Ola, that's the ride service I usually go for around town, but unfortunately, my recent trip was quite a disappointment. I was charged an extra hundred and fifty rupees by the Ola driver, and it came as a complete shock to me as the app was showing a lesser amount.
To my dismay, I found out that the driver did not put the correct route, and that's why the extra payment was made. I was really angry and felt cheated. I am sure nobody likes to be ripped off their hard-earned money, especially when you trust a service.

Overall, I have always had good experiences with Ola, but I hope they can train their drivers better about route planning to avoid this from happening in the future.
