Google will not allow me to use my email that I had for over 40 years since I could not remember my 40 year old password. They consistently used a business phone number that was taken out of service during COVID to try and contact me. Nothing I did helped. I tried for months to fix the problem with no results. After getting a new email, I cannot change or use my email for my now, online business with ETSY, since I can't use the new Google 2 step requirement. I do not have an I phone. I have no apps or text which are required because I am 85 years old with a regular phone. I am now, age discriminated.
Desired outcome: Stop Googles age discrimination behavior and I-phone requirement for ID.
