I’ve been trying for over a week to activate the 15-month free student trial of Google One + Gemini using my verified school email, and it’s been a nightmare.
The student email was originally linked to my main Google account, but the trial never worked properly. After multiple failed attempts and support emails, I created a new account hoping to finally use the offer.
Now, I’m getting an error that my student email is already associated with another profile — and Google support keeps sending me automated responses or redirecting me in circles. I’ve spoken to multiple reps, including one who confirmed I’m eligible, but I’m still locked out.
They either need to unlink my student email from the original account, or fix the issue on my main account. So far, no one has done either.
I’m a verified student and just want access to the offer I’m entitled to.
