I have been charged $2.99 6x's since June 5 (June 5, June 12, Jun 19, June 26, July 3, July 10) for an app that I didn't order and for which I did not submit my debit card -- but my debit card number has been used (as per my bank). When I attempted to correct this situation, I contacted Google using their "unrecognized charges" link it will not submit my request stating: I need to "reformat" the last 4 digits of my debit card. How can I reformat 4 digits? I'm very upset!

I have 28 charges for this an other apps since Dec 2016! They (Google) are searching right now to find out where they are coming from looks like I'll be cancelling this card as well. Telepathic, Marc Malkoun, Playrix Games, Google King, EA Mobile and Microsoft XBOX, I don't even have an XBOX!. All to the tune of about $101.
Just cancelled my card because of the same fraudulent charges. If Google is aware of this, why are they allowing charges from this company? I am annoyed that I have to wait 3 days to get a new card. GOOGLE *Telepathic g.co/helppay# CA
I am dealing with this right now with my bank for the same telepathic app. Started at end of May and has processed once a week since then. Contact your bank and file a fraud claim, this way you can get your money back and they'll stop payment. You will have to cancel your current debit card and they will re-issue you one. I would put in a complaint to Google too so they can flag this app as fraudulent.
