I bought sod on 2 different occassions from them recently. I was impressed with the quality and reasonable price of the sod which settled very nicely.
A few things stand out about their service .
- The friendly and helpfulness of Sharon who was my main contact at the store.
- On my first visit, I wanted a total of 7 pieces of sod but they only had 2 which looked very fresh and saleable to me but they said no it was not up to their standard so they wouldn't sell but they ordered my quantity and promptly called me when my 7 came in a few days later
- Referring to the last point I happened to go to Home Depot a few days later and saw some sod for sale which was totally dried out but were for sale at a higher price than Chapman's.
In my experience, Chapman's is a very reputable company and I would strongly recommend them.
