Google review: Can't recovery my accounts

**Title:** Google Locked Me Out—My Abusive Ex Took Over Six Accounts, I’ve Lost Access to Years of Medical, Legal, Therapy, and Family Files, No Human Help

**Review/Complaint:**

In the last day and a half, my abusive ex—who recently broke my phone and controlled my access—took over ALL SIX of my Google accounts. I did not realize the extent of the damage until I sat down to recover my accounts and discovered every password, backup, and link had been changed or deleted. Now, every attempt at recovery lands me in the same automated Google loop. There is NO way to get real human support.

My entire life is in my Gmail and Google Drive accounts: YEARS of medical and hospital records (for ongoing health conditions), police reports, documentation and voice recordings of abuse, legal files for a car accident, and personal therapy music and recordings—my only coping tool for ADHD, C-PTSD, and bipolar depression. I also have family documents and ongoing financial concerns, with suspicious activity in my linked Google Play and banking services (which only used to be accessed by me).

Despite having valid photo ID and years of proof the accounts are mine, I am completely locked out. I have lost access to essential health records (some that my doctors and hospitals don’t even keep anymore), legal evidence, and irreplaceable therapy resources—things that are critical for my daily functioning, safety, and recovery. My ex was the only one with access to my devices and accounts.

Google’s own privacy policy and the law (Arizona A.R.S. § 44-1698, CFAA, and FTC ID theft regulation) require that consumers and victims of abuse have a way to reclaim their accounts. But there is no functional support system for real emergencies. Every extra day puts my health, legal rights, and finances at greater risk.

I am begging for attention, a genuine support specialist, and a way to recover my accounts. Ignoring this isn’t just poor service—it’s dangerous to victims like me.
