Goodwill Industries review: Refund not givin

Hi my name is Bianca Ramirez I'd like to start off by saying how much I've always enjoyed shopping at Goodwill and how exciting it is that you guys opened a new Goodwill in my neighborhood on 75th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix Arizona 85035 I bought two drinks a water and a Brisk tea right when I was walking out the door after paying I changed my mind because I seen my husband had already bought us a couple drinks mind you it was the last of my money as well and I was going to use it to buy something else if that was the case I experienced horrible customer service Right away when I went back in with unopened drinks And my receip I was told Not just told but refused a refund At first They were telling me that it was because they couldn't do it they couldn't do refunds on drinks But that's not what their policy says at all on their receipt I waited for the manager for 30 minutes after asking to speak with one just to be treated poorly by the manager Julian as well he also refused me a refund tho after reading the return policy at the bottom of the receipt he told me well it doesnt say it here on the receipt but We still can't do refunds on drinks Because if I do it for you Then they're all going to think that it's okay To come and ask for a refund Mind you In my mind It clicked wow so theyre treating me like this becuase they think im homeless and they think I pi ked some fukin receipt up off the floor and trying to get easy cash im a women who takes my 3 month old long haired chihuahua every where.
