The assistant manager, Oscar, at my local goodwill hired me to be a donations associate. On 7/26/2026 he decided to tell me I had to pick up the trash homeless people ripped up in the back. This trash could contain dirty needles, have hygiene and health issues, and this wasn't what I was hired for to begin with. In the past he has bragged about his higher pay to other employees and does the bare minimum while making his employees do the stuff he doesn't want to do. He is a terrible manager and leader.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and an apology. If possible, for him to be removed from the location he works at and/or demoted from his position.
