Thursday Feb, 27 2020. We brought our granddaughter to golden corral plainfield Indiana. The food was old and cold. The catfish was not eatable. I ask for steak medians rare was told they didn't have any when I just seen the guy on the grill try to give the man in front of me 2 steaks when he ask for m rare steak. So I got catfish that was so dry out I could not eat it. No shrimp on the steam table until we were ready to go. The waitress came by one time during our meal when we were leaving and ask if we wanted more tea. That meal cost us 54.00. I don't mind paying for a good meal and friendly service. Tonight I got the worst meal I have ever gotten at golden corral or any where else for that matter. Not to mention the manager was running the cash register and would not give us the senior discount, we both are in our 60. I was embarrassed that I had brought my granddaughter there for her birthday. I can go to just about any restaurant for 54.00 and get a good meal and good service. And that's what I will do.
