We had a terrible experience with your company in Split Croatia. They have tried to claim damage on something we were unaware of and I have decided that I will just have our travel insurance help us. A tiny scratch less than the width of a fingertip they are claiming we did and cost us 350.00 Euros. When we picked up the girls were extremely thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately , the man at drop off was trying to get us on everything. My son lives in France and we travel often in Europe and we know that this happens a lot in Europe but have never had any problems until Split , Croatia. We have never used GOLDCAR and this was our first experience. I am requesting a copy of our invoice and rental agreement for my insurance. This is all needed for my insurance and I was unable to retrieve this online since I can't find a client code on any of the forms. Here is our information:

Desired outcome: I would like a phone call to discuss the issue and a refund . I would like to discuss how the man kept pointing things out that he said we had done but we had pictures of how they just used white out .
