Ordered a holiday gift. Was 3 weeks late and I told them dont bother. Then they delivered a package with the picture attached when I paid $100. I complained and they dodged me over and over saying they would respond but never did. After constant contacting they offered a 10% discount. Unacceptable.

Order a birthday cake for next day delivery. Cake never delivered. Don’t advertise next day delivery if you can not fulfill. Say they have 24/7 customer support. No one answer phone calls, no one responds to chat messages or emails. Do not use this services your order will never be delivered

last year u guys could not deliver and even did not reimburse the money...

I shipped flowers for my friend's birthday which were due to arrive Friday 18th January 2019. Nothing was received and money £50 was taken.

Order for Valentine's day was delivered two days late. The website promises 'On time delivery' and 'Refund if not satisfied'.
Contacting Customer Service via Live Chat is an impossibility (scam service). Mail conversation is very slow, and no answer to the questions asked, only sweet words and apologies.
