No idea where my order is
I placed the order on the website www.shoptheshoebox.com several weeks ago, but these scammers still haven’t delivered my order. I was sick of their promises and excuses. The rep stated that my order was sent, but I wasn’t sure about. They haven’t provided the tracking number, so I have no clue where my order can be. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

I also made a purchase from these scammers and received my shoes but they were not the shoes I ordered. I can't get a Representative on the phone now. I'm afraid I've lost my money. These people need to be reported and put out of business. I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau. It's a shame people are so heartless & deceitful!
