Strideline So, I was tryna buy some socks from Strideline, but they messed up

So, I was tryna buy some socks from Strideline, but they messed up. They gave me a discount code, but then they didn't even let me use it. And to top it off, they cancelled my whole order. Not cool, Strideline. Not cool at all.

I ordered some masks from Strideline, LLC a few months back and I've had to talk to customer service a bunch of times. They always say the same thing, it's getting pretty old. They keep apologizing and saying they don't know what happened or it's because of COVID. It's just one excuse after another. They keep telling me it'll ship ASAP, but then it never does until I get ahold of them again and they tell me the same exact thing.

Strideline I got an email from Strideline saying that there was a code for free masks, but it took them almost 10 days to send it to me after I ordered

I got an email from Strideline saying that there was a code for free masks, but it took them almost 10 days to send it to me after I ordered. I tried to contact them before this, but it was hard to get in touch with them. I ordered on July 24 and after a week, I checked the confirmation email and it said to track my package through the shop app. I downloaded the app, but I couldn't track my order. I emailed the company, but the email was undeliverable. I also tried to contact them through the shop app, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone. It seems like they are not a legit company or they are just really bad at business.

Strideline So, I saw this ad on a teacher Facebook page for Strideline, and they were offering a free 5 pack of masks

So, I saw this ad on a teacher Facebook page for Strideline, and they were offering a free 5 pack of masks. I was like, "heck yeah!" So, I ordered them on 7/24 and got a text and email saying they were on their way. But then, on 7/30, I got a text saying my order was canceled. What the heck, man? On their website, they said the free masks were for teachers, which I am. But then they go and say they're not giving them to teachers. That's some shady stuff right there. False advertising, if you ask me.

Strideline had an advertisement I clicked on and submitted a payment and tried to cancel after I used my paypal account. I immediately called Strideline customer service phone number several times with no answer. I contacted through email twice with one response telling me how to cancel but it didn't work. I emailed again and no response. Many companies can cancel an order immediately if contacted within minutes, but in this case it hasn't happened. So now I wait to see if my $50 order arrives. And if I am unable to refund my purchase as the first email told me I would be unable to. Very unhappy with the lack of support!

I found a code for a 5 pack of free mask. I ordered it and got a confirmation code. A few hours later strideline puts on their website that they were hacked and won't honor the free mask. They changed what happened multiple times on the website. I sent them an email and they told me it won't be honored because it was only meant for teachers.

I placed an order using a promo code and received an order confirmation email with a confirmation number. I was NEVER notified my order was canceled but when I search for it on their site it says no valid order can be found. I reached out to them a week ago and have been completely ignored. I want the product I ordered.

I got a free 5 pack masks from Strideline, LLC by signing up and using the code they gave me. My order was confirmed and I got an email as proof. But then they said the code was leaked and cancelled my order even though I already created an account with them. I wouldn't have given them my info if it wasn't for the offer. I just want what I was promised. They keep spamming my inbox but can't keep their end of the deal.

Strideline I ordered some socks from Strideline, LLC on 11/26/22

I ordered some socks from Strideline, LLC on 11/26/22. I got a 4-pack of crew socks and a 3-pack of ankle socks. They sent me the ankle socks, but not the crew socks. I paid $60.80 for everything. I tried to get in touch with them by email, ***, and phone, but it was hard to get through. They did email me back a couple of times, but nothing happened. When I called, the phone line was messed up and it told me to try again. I've been trying for months and I haven't gotten anywhere. I just want my socks or my money back.

I saw an ad from this company offering a code for free face masks. To use the code, I had to make an account and give my info. After that, they started sending me ads for their products. Then, they sent an email saying they canceled my order for the free masks because too many people used the code. I think they just wanted our info for advertising and didn't plan on giving out the masks. They should have set limits on the code or caught the problem before confirming my order. I feel like they tricked me and they should still give me my order.

Strideline I bought 16 small socks from Strideline, LLC in November

I bought 16 small socks from Strideline, LLC in November. I got the same size as before, but they were 1 1/2 shorter than the previous ones and didn't fit. I tried to contact them many times, but they didn't respond for 4 months. When they finally did, they told me to send them back and they would replace them. After a month of sending them back, I still hadn't received anything. I asked them where my socks were, but it took another month to get a response. They said they were moving warehouses. It's been another month, and I still haven't received anything. I asked for a refund, but they haven't responded. It's been 7 months since I ordered, and I still have no socks or refund.

Strideline made a promo code for free face masks, which I used. Strideline says the promo code was overused and they couldn't limit it. I got confirmation of my order on July 24, but on July 31, they canceled it. They offered a buy one get one free promo code for socks, which had nothing to do with my order. Strideline is being sneaky and not keeping their word. They say they have a "Strideline guarantee No Catch. No Fine Print. Guaranteed." They've been around since 2009 and made lots of promo codes, so they should know better.

Strideline just did a promo where they gave out a code for free face masks and their sales peeps gave it out. They didn't say how many times you could use it or anything. But then the code got used too much and they said it was fake and that people were cheating. But then they said they made the code and just didn't think it would be so popular. They cancelled the orders but said sorry by adding 300,000 new peeps to their VIP list. I think they did this on purpose to get more people to their site and get their info. Tricky, but it worked.

Strideline I worked with Strideline's Design Specialist to make my own socks with my drawings

I worked with Strideline's Design Specialist to make my own socks with my drawings. I got Order #*** on October 5th, but there were a lot of messed up socks. I spent $2685.30 on the order, but 233 out of 270 socks were messed up. I want a refund of $2,317.31. I asked for a refund for a month and a half, but they just said they would talk to the factory and didn't do anything. Two weeks ago they said they would give me a refund, but I haven't gotten any money yet. It's been almost 2 months since I got my order, so I hope they fix this soon.

I got some socks from Strideline on October 10, and they charged my credit card on that day. It's November 29th, and I still haven't got the socks. I asked the company about it, and they said to wait a few more days or cancel, but they can't give me my money back. I tried calling them, but they're too busy to answer, so I left my name and number three times, but no one called me back. They never told me why they haven't sent the socks or if they're out of stock. The only thing they said was to wait and that they can't give me my money back. I don't want to cancel the order because I don't want to lose my $49.00. I saved all my online support chats in a PDF if anyone needs them.

Strideline I ordered the Strideline socks 0n 6/17

I ordered the Strideline socks 0n 6/17. I received a confirmation email the next night saying that UPS was awaiting my sock order, Men's Mid Socks 6-Pack + BOGO 6 PACK (-$60.00). Yet today when I enter the UPS tracking # sent, the UPS site claims that the order has been processed and that they are waiting for the product. I have called and left a message today and came to the ComplaintsBoard.com website here hoping to find satisfaction.
