Today I went to the giant on Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro. The cashier appeared to be pleasant but he charged me twice for one carton of eggs. When I brought this to his attention, he told me to go find a manager. I made it very clear that since this was his error— he should call the manager, not me. I am so disgusted with the treatment, irresponsibility, dishonesty, and lack of accountability. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate, but there’s no response.
Recommendation: Go anywhere but this store
