Giant Food / Giant of Maryland

The security there came out and took a picture of my license plate and yelled that he was going to report my daughter and I! for what? A box of soda fell out of the cart on my way to my car and we asked for a new box of sodas because one of the cans busted open. The manager ok'd it and my daughter got it and left and the security had a complete melt down. Prior to the manager's ok, the security was argumentative and kept reiterating the fact that I got it on sale! (I was so confused as to why he kept mentioning the buy 2 get one free deal) before I left I thanked everyone involved and he looked at me like I murdered his mother! After he took the picture I drove around to confront him on why he did that and he asked where the busted can was, I told him the trash and he wanted me to fish it out to show him! WHY! I He was disrespectful, rude and arrogant! I will NEVER go that Giant again! or any other Giant for that matter and they better expect a call from my lawyer! The distress it caused me had my blood pressure through the roof, I could have had a stroke! I'm Hypertensive! I also don't feel comfortable that some random jerk has a picture of my license plate. I don't feel safe. I drop $250 biweekly on groceries exclusively in Giant! I rather take my business elsewhere. I was treated like a criminal! THE AUDACITY. I AM INFURIATED
