geico abuses it's clients. Accident and they do nothing to protect their clients, you get hurt and then YOUR company hurts THEIR client. Doctors that write nothing wrong so you don't have to pay the no fault insurance.. They paid $287.92 and they are sending me to EMPIRE STAT.. requesting to make a copy of your drivers lic. and social security number. Requesting all you past medical having nothing to do with the claim.. This is a violation of the no fault law and your privacy HIPPA rights.
Everyone be careful that on your homeowners clains you put in your 90 day proof of loss claim form or they have the rights to not pay you.
