I never got any info about charges. I also never got any terms and conditions. Neither is available on their website or on the app. After 5 months I sold the vehicle. They're charging me the full annual premium plus a 75.00 cancellation fee. I found this company through meerkat. I won't trust them again either. When I called them, they said the terms and conditions were in my original email. Well, I still have the email and can't find them anywhere. I'm complaining to the financial ombudsman. For every complaint, GROVE has to pay the FOS 750.00. So all of you should complain too. It's free for you and you might get some money back.
