I thought the representative LEE (BOO) GIBONS was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and patient. He answered every question in a way that was easy to understand! I think this guy is an asset to his organization. Just a great guy to work with! With employees like that you can't go wrong.

After deducting premiums from my bank account for 2 months, we never received anything identifying from Smart Match, cards, info re: their insurance program - when I called, they said they would call back , but never did. I've put on a stop payment with my bank - wondering if they are a fraud!

I think its kind of hoakey that out of approx 62 reviews that only 3 were negative and after reading them, I am going through the same thing with Smart Match . They have not responded to my emails.I am going to opt out of Smart Match !*** at Smart Match dont bother returning my calls and emails. RS

Ms. B was excellent, went through all possibilities, until we got it down to the program that would save us the most. She was informed and very patient look for answers on all questions and explained everything. She stayed late to finish both of our policies. I would love today thank you for all her help!

My previous HMO plan was raising my out of pocket expenses for the coming year. SmartMatch helped me find a PPO insurance plan with better coverage and less out of pocket expense and a wider array of physicians to choose from for the same cost. They took the anxiety out of the overwhelming task of choosing the best plan for me.

The agent I spoke with, Mr. Ray, was very kind and extremely helpful. He patiently listened to my many questions, investigated available options, and explained them in a way I could understand. Made certain I have his phone and email to contact him with any further questions or if I want to make additional changes. I would def recommend.

As a skeptic and frustrated with the hyperbolic ads bombarding us on Medicare Supplements, I finally decided that I should at least check it out. The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and persuasive. Well, I signed on to the program which purports to give me additional benefits at no additional cost to me. I hope it turns out that way. We'll see in time.

they made finding healthcare for myself and my husband simple with 3 phone calls. The first lady, Patrice, took all our information and what kind of coverage we were looking for. The second lady, Erin, verified our information and then called back with the plan that best fit our needs. She called again to be sure we received our cards and to se if we had any questions. I am pleased with their services and would recommend them

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took 3 days to get back to me. Unfortunately, I wasn't home but they did leave a message. Called back several times. Have not received a response. It is interesting that the reviews seem to be 5 stars or 1 star. I have read the reviews. The 1 star is definitely more accurate. When they responded to my concerns before, they tell me to call a certain telephone number. That is their answer for everything. Calling the number only continues and exasperates the problem.

My husband and I were overwhelmed at having to research all our *** options, so it was a huge help to discover SmartMatch. Our agent *** was polite, professional, and very thorough and patient at explaining all our options to us. It never felt hard-sell. We chose a Med. Supplement and got signed up right away, got the email confirmation within minutes and the *** cards from the gov. within a week or so. Also, the Plan D sales rep from SmartMatch was good too. Glad we found this company! (PS--it helps if you do some research on your own too...)

I feel as though I was roped into a bogus scam. When I asked about dentist that accept their coverage, I was sent a list of three dental groups knew nothing about them. I called them and was given delays, I was told by *** the same one that sold me this replied with a header email that was dated over 2 weeks old. When I did speak with her I could tell things were not right by her tone and delayed return of information that was needed. She told me she would have a list by the end of the day. Again another disappointed disabled person that feels ripped off.

I completed an online form asking them to send information regarding Medigap comparisons with *** Advantage Plans - AND I told them I DO NOT want any phone calls that I WILL CALL THEM if I have questions. Soon my phone started ringing from Smart Match Insurance Agency. I did not answer and won't. They apparently have no regard for my wishes so why would I take their advice regarding such an important thing as my *** coverages?I keep blocking their phone numbers and then another call comes through. They must have a huge bank of phones ready to do their annoying business.

I do not like leaving a negative review but I don’t know what else to do. The woman helping me has failed with me by not returning my calls and making everything clear to me. I didn’t even know what insurance she put me with till I get the email that said Humana. After two days she took my call and I told her I did not want Humana. She said I didn’t have Humana (she lied). She then said she would get with an agent and get the insurance benefits and send to me. Still nothing. I do not want this insurance and cannot lose what I already have. Please someone call me to get this straightened out. Thank you.

My rep helped me pick a plan that with his guidance I thought worked best for me. He was patient and answered my many questions He sent me his contact info also. The next day I found my previous notes and went back to the computer ti investigate looking to make sure I had picked the right plan. In doing so I found another plan I thought would work better. I sent my rep an listing the newer plan and ask for his opinion. He texted back immediately and said he would get back to me before the end of the day. He then told me it was not an eligible plan. I felt he was wrong so I called the company and purchased the newer plan that I found

The Agent i talk with was very knowledgeable of the plans that were available to me and explained them to me very well that i was able to stay with her as we went through them all and told about a certain type of plan to help me with my deductibles which interested me i ask her a few questions and i believe I’m more protected with a additional policy so i feel very good about the choice i made thanks to her for helping me through the difficult process of trying to understand the difference making it very easy I’ve talk with many different ones and was able to get anywhere with them i still felt in dark it was very frustrating to say the least i would recommend this company to anyone and how they made it so easy for me so helpful Thank You very much for your help god bless
