Exactly my experience. I never do these things but I had to sign up and leave a comment because I'm so insanely frustrated at Geek Squad.
The techs have been out here THREE TIMES, it's been a month, and my machine has not been repaired. I've had to take off of work each time. They refuse to issue me a replacement machine, and no one can help me because no one has the 'authority' to help me. So what am I paying in to this service for? It's been beyond useless.
What a horrendous, hellish company. I feel like I'm trying to navigate the 7th circle of hell speaking to these people. I will never spend another cent on Geek Squad, or Best Buy, ever again in my life.
