Driver call tanya samaada saya ada dirumah atau tidak, dan sy jawab sy keluar, boleh tinggal di dlm pagar atau jumpa sy berdekatan dgn rumah.Driver cakap nanti dia bagitahu balik..Tiba2 dia call saya semula, tinggi suara dan menengking saya dengan perkataan "lu jgn main2, sy sudah sampai rumah", selepas sy bg ic number, dan belum hbs ckp dia telah mematikan talian..sy sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan gdex..

The staff called me saying I need to take the parcel at the center here in Kluang saying that they don't know my address and they couldn't find it. This is ridiculous because I received parcels from gdex here quite multiple times. It's your job to find the address so you have no excuse. I'll accept the excuse if it is my first time receiving parcels from them. Bad service. Fix your staffs' work ethics and teach them to be responsible.
Poor service ! I very disappointed on your company services, before send out my goods, your customer service will keep update information for me, but after I make payment and sent out my goods, service is totally different, now my goods on hold by Guang Zhou custom, I email your customer service, she didn't reply my email and didn't tell me the person in charge already change to another person, then I call her and asked what is the status of my goods, I told her my receiver said now on hold by custom, can help me contact agent and settle it for me as soon as possible, she want me cc the email to the person in charge and she said that person in charge will feedback me as soon as possible, until today I call her again, she said my last email didn't cc to that person in charge, but I said Friday I already cc to that person, but no any feedback also, I paid two thousand plus shipment fee, but at the end receive service like this, and after I send email complaint your customer service, they said will arrange and update to me, now already 2 days ago, still don't have any one handle my case and contact me.

So barang yang saya order dari Lazada tak sampai lagi.Barang tu stuck 2 hari dekat pejabat pos entah kenapa maybe sebab busy barag banyak lagi ok.But bila hari sabtu 22/06/2019...barang tu out for delivery waktu pagi but bila petang barang tu FAILED untuk hantar attempt failed katanya.BUT, saya tak ada satu pon panggilan dari Gdex tanya tentang lokasi rumah ataupun pemberitahuan sebab kenapa tak boleh pos.

Saya nak tahu apa sebab yang menyebabkan kiriman saya tidak boleh dihantar kepada penerima pada hari yang sama iaitu 18/6/19 sedangkan buah itu sudah pun berada di THO dari jam 9:15:05 pagi .. Setahu saya alamat penerima (Residences Sutera di Taman Sutera, Kajang) berada tidak jauh dari pejabat Gdex Tun Hussien Onn... apa akan terjadi pada buah itu jika ia berada didalam kotak terlalu lama dengan keadaan ditutup rapat dan siapa akan dipersalahkan jika buah itu rosak... saya siap tulis perkataan " BUAH" dengan besar diatas kotak ... walaupun saya ada tandatangan diatas janji akuan tapi kalau Gdex janji hendak memberi perkhidmatan untuk menghantar barang termasuk"BUAH " ... Yesterday (13.6.19) at around 2.55pm I received a call in my sleep (after suffering from jet lag on returning from Europe). The caller, of mobile number [protected], said that he is from Lazada and asked if I was at home. I told him yes then he asked me to go down to the guard house to collect. I requested him to deliver to my condo unit but he kept insisting that I go to the guardhouse. I told him I would wait for him at home and hand-up. Thereafter, there was no delivery and no news from him.
I subsequently checked with Lazada. I was advised by Lazada that the he was not their deliver person and the person should be from Gdex.
It appears that your delivery person of mobile number [protected]:
1. Lied to me to say that he was from Lazada when he was actually from Gdex.
2. Refused to delivery the item to the designated address. It puzzles me that he rather spent the mobile call charges and his time to negotiate with the customer than to do his job properly by delivering to the designated address.
I wish to say that Lazada's own delivery person is more reliable than Gdex, judging from the delivery services in the past one year as I often buy from Lazada. I hope Gdex is aware that Gdex's service is required if the delivery is handled expediently and professionally, otherwise, I would rather request Lazada to handle the delivery inhouse when I purchase from Lazada than to let the job handled by Gdex.
Kindly investigate and arrange for my delivery expediently.

This item was posted by seller on the 27th /5 but god knows whatever the reason, the item still hasn't delivered until today 3/6. I've called the customer service few times and the answers are very upsetting. I even received a call from klang utama gdex, and the staff was very rude and unprofessional, I don't think she deserved to work in customer service. She even asked me what's the item in sarcastic ways, whatever the item is, cheap or unimportant to you guys, it has to be delivered not to be kept. I paid for your service and it's not cheap. This is the worst experience with a courier company ever! Please please don't treat your customers like this ever again.
tracking my parcel and it stated ‘inbound to rompin station' and haven't move at all for 2 days. I wonder for how long it should take to arrive to rompin and eventually arrive in endau. This is not a good delivery service provider and this business should be more efficient. The company can see that lot of complains were filed here but no solution were provided to the customers as to only just wait for it. It is a bad service and very dissappointing.

Gdex teluk intan buat temu janjimelalui fon untuk pick up barang yg ingin dipulangkan semula ke cj wowshop. tapi tak datang dan beri alasan tiada orang di rumah walhal saye ade sahaje di rumah. berlarutan selama sebulan dari disember 2018 sehingga 18 jan 2019 utk ambil barang sahaja. call cj wow shop, cj wow shop bagitau refund tak dapat dibuat sbb barang tak sampai ke warehouse. proses call berlarutan sehinggalah bulan bulan mei 2019, bulan mei 2019 call cj wow shop inform barang tersebut sudah sampai ke warehouse. sehingga kini duit refund pon tertangguh. duit refund dikatakan masuk bulan jun 2019. pihak atasan gdex sila ambil tindakan terhadap pengurusan yg bermasalah ini.

Call tak sempat jawab, tapi mesej dapat nak hantar hari ni, saya call balik dia cakap tadi mandi tak sempat angkat call, terus dia cakap dah luar kawasan, saya kata hantar juga lah hari ni, mana boleh nak sahkan orang tu ada kat rumah tak berdasarkan call sahaja, tak ada ketuk pintu rumah terus tak hantar barang, kurier apa jenis korang ni.. Korang kurier hantar barang atau hantar pesanan suara saja.. Aku bayar postage bukan minta free taw..
The parcel was sent out on 21 May morning and should be arriving on the same day, however it was sent back to the office in the evening and showed the status of "undelivered due to held back in office". The next morning the parcel was out for delivery again but it didn't reach the destination and when i checked through the website in the evening, it didn't update any status. I called both of the branches in Ayer Keroh and Malim in the afternoon but the staff pretended that they cannot hear clearly and hanged up the phone. This is not the first time for me to face the problem of the staff hanging up customers' phone, many people faced the same problem also. Please take concern about this problem, thank you.

My complaint is my parcel delivered late. I bought from Sephora Online they are using Aramex delivery service.
Ive tracked my parcel from aramex tracking apps showed the delivery attempted on May 15th 2019 (with driver -> delivery attempt) On may 16th (in transit -> with driver -> in transit) May 17th (with driver in transit) I am so upset why my parcel got delayed so I called Aramex hotline, they told me GDEX have attempted delivery May 17th 2019 at 930am however failed. Then aramex gave me GDEX tracking no. and phone no.
I called GDEX on may 17th 2019 at 1pm ish. A rude lady (from GDEX Petaling) was shouted telling me GDEX SG BULOH have just received the parcel. I told her that aramex told me that GDEX has attempted the delivery at 930am on may 17th. I told her that how come in the gdex tracking apps (delivery failed for reattempt date). My shipping address was Klinik Kesihatan, at 930am Klinik Kesihatan on Friday is very much open! I asked her whether Aramex is telling lies or GDEX? Or the delivery wasnt done on that day but stated in the tracking app delivery failed. The rude lady told me she will call me back to reconfirm. 15minutes later GDEX SG Buloh called and another rude lady (Indian slang) spoke to me. I asked the same question as above but she did not answer my question. Is the driver really made the delivery at 930am because my assistant told me there is no parcel. Then GDEX sg buloh lady told me that the delivery will be done tomorrow (saturday). She still did not answer my question regarding the delivery. I told her that I want my parcel to be delivered today (may 17th friday) and not any other day as saturday klinik kesihatan will be closed.
Then I looked in gdex tracking apps suddenly changed from delivery failed to Undelivered due to hold for reattempt date... how come??? suddenly changed! This is dishonest.
I got my parcel on the same day (may 17th 2019 at 240pm). I dont know who to trust.
This is not my 1st experience with this kind of treatment from GDEX. This my third bad experience from GDEX.
Please do something about these (your service, your tracking accuracy, your customer service).
