Yes, you can select the pick-up option when creating a shipment.
Some areas are out of GDex’s service which means GDex cannot pick up or deliver to these areas. You have an option to lodge in or to collect from a GDex office.
You should report the loss to GDex within 14 days of the shipment submission. You have to report to GDex within 24 hours of the delivery if there is any damage.

If you receive a sorry card you should call GDex to schedule your next delivery attempt once. However, often customers receive the message but do not get a sorry card. You should still contact GDex to reschedule delivery.
You should email GDEX at mygdexadmin@gdexpress.com for assistance. Any remaining myGDEX e-Wallet credits will be refunded to you.
GDEX delivers on Saturdays but not on public holidays and Sundays.
