Bought a mattress on clearance-immediately not comfortable & giving me back aches. Went back to store to ask what options I had. Because I didn’t purchase some sort of “protection” during my purchase the manager could have cared less & told me I had no options at her store…”try to sell it”. My salesman never offered any type of protection.
I’m stuck with an $800.00+ mattress I can’t sleep on.
Will never buy from this company again. Makes me miss Art Van.
