Unfair Account Suspension and Money Withheld: My Experience with G2G Marketplace
I have to say, I had a pretty bad experience with G2G. I had been selling on their platform for almost a year and had over 1000 satisfied customers. But then, out of nowhere, they suspended my account. Apparently, the game accounts I was selling were not allowed on their market. But here's the thing - it was never specified in their ToS or seller guidelines. I was pretty frustrated, to say the least.
So, I reached out to their support team to try and sort things out. But after a few hours of back and forth, they just stopped responding altogether. And to make matters worse, I had over $500 in my balance on G2G that I couldn't withdraw. It felt like they had just stolen my money and disappeared.
Now, I'm not saying that G2G is a terrible platform. I know that there are plenty of people who have had positive experiences with them. But for me, this whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. It just didn't feel fair that they could suspend my account and take my money without any warning or explanation.
If you do decide to use G2G, my advice would be to read their ToS very carefully. It seems like they can suspend your seller's account for pretty much any reason, even if it's not specified in their guidelines. So, just be aware of that before you start selling on their platform.

I woke up on 5-10 to find that you have made over 20 transactions on my debit account without my knowledge and authorization totaling over $720.00. I am now getting my lawyer involved as well as the authorities. I have never purchased anything from you, nor have I heard of you until now. I have tried waiting for the card company to investigate, but I am being charged fees from my landlord of $10.00 per day until the rent is paid in full. You should be a shame. hacking into people's accounts taking from them, you have caused me a very bad situation, I am 61 years old and on disability, and you took my rent money. Hello, I have been actively selling on g2g since 2021. But after this incident, I learned that I need to focus on different websites. I delivered a 2022 registered account to the buyer and it was banned 5 days after receiving the account. g2g held me responsible and refunded the money... However, I presented all the proofs that I delivered. Obviously not given enough attention to review. I'm at a loss of $365 and I don't plan on going back until this loss is covered.

The buyer thinks that account was banned due to exploitative gameplay in Gladiator title's PvP. But in my uploaded proofs it shows that the gladiator title was won on 03/26. If this is the case, how can the game makers ban this account after 1.5 months. Moreover, 5 days after the buyer bought the account, this seller was obviously banned for use a different service and you blamed me. Ignoring the evidence I uploaded.I have also been waiting for 1 week for the transfer of the game account. I asked politely to buyer as you said, but he insists on not returning it.
I have never needed to upload a selfie and ID after purchasing something online.
I recently purchased something on G2G, and was made aware AFTER I was charged that I needed to upload a picture of my government ID. I am not comfortable doing so, so I wish to cancel the order. After issuing a refund, it still has not been accepted. This is also some "requirement" they have to do, but I have never needed to upload an ID when I bought something online. This does not make sense whatsoever.

I'm solo seller, I got some problems with g2g when I sold an account in league of legends grandmaster 04/23
at first I gave all info to the costumer (login, password, full info account and email with all). I gave the email without recovery email and without phone number following the g2g rules.
So, the costumer playd a lot of games and didnt change the account to his email or some, he is off 7 days already.
G2g block my withdraw because costumer didnt change the email. So, resume:costumer got mine account and I lost both (money and the account).
I'm really sad cuz its my work, i'm from brazil and I sell account for living and i'm trying all. Tried to tall with the Arthur1999 and no support

Seller protection from scam by buyers
I'm a new seller at website www.g2g.com, I did transaction with someone in the platform.. And was uploaded screenshot very clearly after the transaction. But, the buyer tried to foolish me.. He asked for video proof, even he did traded with me in the game directly use his character name based on his order in g2g website.. And the buyer said he just a reseller, who traded with me in game is not him but his friend.. And his buyer want a video proof from me that I was delivered the game currency. Ofc, I don't have because all this time I did traded with real buyer not reseller like him, they never asked me about video proof just screenshot is enough. I was reported about this scam buyer to g2g support.. But, seem g2g supported this scammer.. They cancelled my order easily.. Without any serious investigation about this scam buyer.

Why is my account sales disabled??
This website has disabled my sales account for no reason. First, saying that your account has been deactivated due to the delay in account delivery. In the event that my account was not sold at all and fake emails were sent to us for fraud. I emailed several times to be told that they are scammers. They do not follow up at all. After realizing that my account has not been sold at all, they give an incomplete answer without any reason or proof and say that we have given your answer. Are they really scammers? I wonder what kind of response and support this is. These completely destroy the rights of users . they was angry me really

Bought account was reclaimed by the seller or original owner
So I bought an account on G2G that was sold with full email access but was reclaimed back as I mentioned in the title after one month so now I don't have access to the account anymore! The email still works but the account was reclaimed via epic games support I guess and the email is changed so there is no way of getting the account back and the support firstly said they can't do anything which is [censored] because this can't be more obvious that the seller or original owner reclaimed the account. Ticket ID: 2328566 marked as solved but it's not solved because I lost my money now and access to the account.

2 - March - 2023
I placed an order over which there was a mistake in terms of quantity value, which I addressed to the Seller, with screenshots proving that a mistake must have occurred, because at the list price, the qty did not match the amount I had paid. The Seller flat out demanded the transaction to go through anyway, which I denied and offered to cancel and resubmit so the correct amount would be delivered.
The Seller than jacked the prices, which I have screenshots to prove. When confronted with this the seller went offline and stopped responding.
I placed a ticket with support that completely ignored my screenshots and text and answered with a boiler plate regarding delivery delays, and that I could cancel the order and place with another. So, anyway, I did. Now it says the seller must accept the cancellation, which he/she is not going to do, or I must wait 48hours to get my money back. Worst part is that I contested this support and they simply doubled down, saying I must wait for the seller, and closed all my tickets.
Basically, this company is withholding my money, for no reason, refusing to communicate, and I even wanted the money back in store currency... Absolutely HORRIBLE service. NEVER. AGAIN.

My account on Lost ark got hard scammed. my gold (260k and all my level 7 gems) on my berserk got stolen. he exchange on the gamepal date all my gold to crystal. now he dont answer. Goldenhands said he cant help me so a friend is helping me (Cadisz) i buy brelshaza G1-G4 and after a while he wrote he did Gate 1-2. but cant find a group anymore. but i bought today a new gamepal and the new seller said on my account never brelshaza g1-g2 did. so i checked and saw all my stuff went away.

On 30 January 2023 a person wants to buy 150k fifa 23 coins from me. We discussed everything than when i delivered the required amount of coins to him, i went to see the active orders and nothing was there,maybe he canceled the order or didn't even place an order. than, i told him to place an order so i can fill the required amount so he confirms it however he didn't reply to me.
İ have proof of our conversation and the delivered amount as planned.

Recently, i sold an account on g2g and got 22.50 euros, however i cannot withdraw them in any way possible, because apparently the address i have put does not match my ID one, i changed it and still this, they wanted a statement from a bank or a bill, which i provided, but still no, funny thing is all the support i get is just bots replying to me that the proof of address is fake and they keep resolving my tickets, i am deeply disappointed and annoyed by the g2g support when i literally want to use the balance in their site, i never thought it would be so difficult and annoying to withdraw 20 euros

Purchasing currency/verification issues.
After attempting to purchase currency via their site, I waited well over an hour only to realize there is a indepth verification process. I requested a refund, no biggie.
A week after, I decided to do the verification process and it went thru with no problems. Never tried to purchase currency that day tho.
Leading to today, I attempted to purchase currency on their site to only get hit with "verify now" when I tried to use multiple payment methods, each failed the verification process.
Desired outcome: I would like a responsive company. I feel undervalued as a new customer. And haven't even been able to make one successful purchase. I would love to be able to use their services.

I recently bought an in game top-up and I didn't get past the verification process. I cancelled the order few days ago and I still didn't receive my refund. I mailed [protected]@g2g.com asking about the refund but they didn't provide any specific information. They say that the ticket has been resolved but I still didn't receive my money. The G2G seller reclaimed the account after 14 days of protection had passed. I complained, but g2g refused to entertain me, saying as the 14 days of protection were over they can't do anything.
The scammer came into my dm's and confessed to scamming, and said that g2g had the money frozen and I can it back from them. I sent them all the screenshots and messages but no response was given.
The only possibility is that they want the money for themselves. What is happening here?
