FTD Companies review: Multiple fails : (

They canceled our order 30 mins after we made it. We called to see why and they said that routed our order to a different florist and not to worry. No flowers were delivered. We called to see what happened and they told us the order has been cancelled. At that point, there was nothing they could do to get flowers to the funeral. They said they would refund us but that was it. They finally agreed to sending flower to a new address the following week. Every day the following week they told us that flowers would be delivered and then we would can another cancellation indicating not possible. We would call and go through the same drill for the next day and then ground hog day all over again. :( Finally 7 days after the funeral the flowers were finally delivered. It was very hard to understand the individuals and all they would say was sorry this won't happen again and the next day the same drill. I wouldn't ever rely on FTD for flowers again under any circumstances. Find a local florist to the area and work with them directly!
